Answer:	It prevents fogging but it does nothing to prevent mineral and other deposits when you goggles dry out. After awhile they build up on both the inside and outside. They will start to look foggy even when they are dry. I have often wondered is if this spit aggravates this more than natural spit. I find using it only once per week works as well as every day.

Answer:	Neither, it is some (guessing) high tech stuff called Ultra Loft or some such stuff. Don't know what this is BUT this jacket is crazy warm which I believe is what you are ultimately asking. Also sizing seems on the money, if you wear a large buy a large - worked for me.

Answer:	Size M should be good for 7 year old boy.
