Answer:	Whatever size your jacket is get the size that is appropriate. I believe they only make go to large size. Read the other question I answered for another person on this product. Keep the soft pads that your jacket brings originally as a cushion for extra protection. Put the new protection pad in front of the old soft pads.

1. Take the tire and tube off the wheel

Remove the wheel by unfastening the handle holding the axle in place. Then, use a tire lever to get the tire off. Insert the lever between the tire and the rim and work it around. When the tire comes off, pull the tube out.

Tips: It may be easier to remove the tube if you let all of the air out.

2. Remove the object that punctured the tire if it’s still there

If the object is still there, it could re-puncture the tube when you replace it, wasting all your work. Sometimes finding the object is easy, like if a nail is sticking out of the tire. Other times, glass or small rocks get trapped inside the tire, so shake the tire out to get rid of any loose objects.

Tips:

Gently run your fingers along the inside of the tire to free any embedded objects. If you have gloves, put them on to protect your fingers from cuts.

3. Pump up the tube and look for the hole

Do a visual check for the hole. If the hole is large, it should be easy to see. Check along the entire surface of the tube for obvious holes.

Tips:

Don’t stop looking when you find the first hole. If an object got inside the tire, it could leave multiple holes, so be sure to check the entire tube.

4. Listen for air escaping if you can’t see the hole

If the hole is too small to see with a visual check, bring the tube up to your ear. Give it a light squeeze to force the air out, and listen for a “seeping” sound to hear where it escapes from. Then, use these signs to locate the hole.

Tips: You still might not be able to pinpoint the hole, even if you hear the seeping sound. Use the water method to find its exact location.

5. Dunk the tube into a filled sink to see where bubbles come up from

If you still can’t find the hole, fill a sink with water and place the tube inside. Squeeze it so air escapes, and then check where bubbles rise up from. When you see the bubbles, you have an exact location for the hole.

6. Rim Inspection

Inspect the rim strip whenever changing a tire or inner tube. Look for tears and rips, and make sure rim strip is centered over the nipple holes.In the image, the rim strip is damaged, which may cause a flat tire.

NOTE: Hole on inside edge of tube indicates a problem inside the rim, such as from rim strip failure, a protruding spoke or other sharp object inside the rim.

Regular" puncture

A single puncture or small hole is commonly from a thorn, wire, or small nail. These may be repairable. Check tire as well for thorn, etc. and remove it.

Double Slits

Double slits are commonly the result of a rim pinch. The tube was pinched between the rim and an object in road/trail. Increase air pressure or use wider tires.

Shredded

Blowout causing a large shredded hole. These are usually not repairable. Check tire and rim as well for damage.

Long Cut or Rip

Answer:	you need a cone shaped end to fill it up. You can get a good pump very reasonaable from amazon or wal-mart. They make a 110 volt or a 12 volt d.c. that you can put in a cigarette lighter in the car to fill up. The 110 is quicker.

Answer:	Medium is perfect and if your jacket has the original soft back protector leave it inside just slip the nucelon to the back of the original protector. The 200 mm x 50 mm (8"x2") size is very common on many of popular electric recreational scooters’ brands, like BladeZ, IZIP, Razor, eZip.

1. Take the tire and tube off the wheel

Remove the wheel by unfastening the handle holding the axle in place. Then, use a tire lever to get the tire off. Insert the lever between the tire and the rim and work it around. When the tire comes off, pull the tube out.

Tips: It may be easier to remove the tube if you let all of the air out.

2. Remove the object that punctured the tire if it’s still there

If the object is still there, it could re-puncture the tube when you replace it, wasting all your work. Sometimes finding the object is easy, like if a nail is sticking out of the tire. Inspect before installation

• Inspect outside of tread for protruding nails, pieces of glass, thorns, or other objects.Squeeze any cut to look inside for objects such as slivers of glass.
• Visually inspect inside of tire casing for nails, glass or debris. Wipe inside of casing with a rag, and then carefully feel inside with fingers.
• Use care if using a tire lever. The tire lever is very easy to puncture a hole in your inner tube.
• Inspect both sides of tire for bead seating and for any sign of the inner tube sticking out. Reinstall if necessary.

How to inspect the hole on the inner tube

• Inspect for air leaks by holding tube close to the sensitive skin of lips or by holding tube near your ear to hear air escaping. Move the tube around its circumference.
• If these steps do not work, submerge tube in water and watch for bubbles at the hole.
