| Answer: | Photo would not help since the fence us redwood. The finish from can seemed darker than i exoected. But the finished and unfinished side remain sumilar after drying. But it does take a while to fully dry , and until then it will seem darker. But any oil based finish will darken the wood just from the oil |

| Answer: | To be honest, I would double my order for the square footage coverage they recommend on the can. I honestly can't remember what it is, but when I figured the quantity I needed to order based on needing to cover 3,249 sq ft I ordered 5 5-gal buckets. I then had to go back and order 3 more buckets! So that worked out to about 81 sq ft per gallon, but we applied 2 coats. Hope this helps! We were VERY happy with the stain though! Great to apply....no worries with 'cold joints' or having to worry if we needed to stop in the middle of a wall. Great product! |
