| Answer: | It's tricky to measure because of the angles, so I measered from the floor straight up to ends of the hand grips on the horizontal bar. On the low side of the stand the height is 3 3/4" and on the high side it is 4 1/2" so you can get an idea of the slope. Ultimately I found the circumference of the hand grips on these too small. I am 6' about 170lbs and for my hand size and weight these are uncomfortable to use. For a person with smaller hands or size it they may work fine. |

| Answer: | From what I can tell, yes! They are VERY sturdy and definitely heavier than regular foam blocks. It all depends on what you are looking for, but the cork seem to be pure cork. |

| Answer: | Hello No it doesn't move at different angles. Saddly it doesnt provide instructions as I also wished too. But you can work triceps, chest and shoulders. Here are some ways of exercising with the bar: For shoulders workout (legs on a low chair or step in pushup position and do pushups with your bar) Triceps- put the pushup bars on a one ledge stair holding your hands back on the bar and your feet on the ground, slowly lower your arm and then rise). Chest - wide pushup bar lateral or horizontal/ closed (not too closed) pushup, bar lateral o horizontal/spider pushups... Hope this helps. |
