Answer:	First adjust tension per the manual. If still uneven, the wire spring that pushes the pads apart is mounted into a slotted nut. This nut was rotated too far causing one pad on the front wheel to always rub.

Question:	What is the seat height range for this 16" bike
Answer:	I purchased the 14” bike. The seat height range on this bike is more than 5”. My granddaughter who is a tall 3-year-old has the seat set low so her feet can touch the ground now as she learns how to ride a two-wheeler. With the ability to adjust the seat higher as she grows, I am confident she will enjoy this bike for several years. Adjusting the seat and the handlebars to fit my granddaughter’s height was quite easy.

Answer:	Hello, yes the LuxHeat system is rated for wet areas, however as with all heating for wet areas, the splice (joint between element/burgandy wire and cold lead/black wire), must be outside the shower. In the case of the mat, you can simply remove the tape holding the first 2-3 feet of wire and place the splice outside the shower by about 2 feet.
