Answer:	It will hold certain bottles depending on the diameter. A 20- or 24- oz bottle should fit well but most 500ml bottles will be a bit small and may rattle around while most 1L bottles will be too wide. Your best bet is a reusable water bottle of the sport variety. I've used many different kinds and they fit well. The main difference in these bottles I s the height not the width.

Answer:	I holds a 1.5L Nalgene water bottle, which is about 3.3lbs. Four pounds would probably be okay, but most eBike batteries weigh considerably more.

Answer:	This is a great product for bikepacking. The cage has slots so it can match various spacing of water bottle cage bolt bosses. It does not come with screws. We use these on the areas where there are bike cage mounts as well as other areas (forks ) using an adapter like Two Fish velcro mounts and other adapters. It is fairly large so will hold bags, bottles, maybe even a Growler. Enjoy
