Answer:	No you can’t turn up the sound. I returned it for a refund. Not happy with the low quality of the sound.

Answer:	The capacity of the speaker battery is 1050mAh and it will be playing for about 5 hours when fully charged. And the battery itself has passed strict aging test so it can be recharged for many times and won't died easily.

Answer:	You can leave the clamp on but detach the speaker. The clamp that holds the speaker is attached by a plastic ring that screws around your handle so removing that portion often may be a bit annoying.

Question:	I need a replacement band..any sugggestions
Answer:	Did you try searching the internet for the company name GACIRON, the name should be on the front of the speaker. I have the pamphlet but it is in Chinese. If you can't find anything I would use a large rubber band and use it like the band you had, put it around the handle bar twice to hold it in place and wrap each end around the speaker, it should work.

Answer:	I don’t know, but for others...I believe he was asking how these speakers impact the Sena’s battery life compared to the original speakers. Difference in impedance results in more or less power drain from the Sena to drive the speakers. This is why pro sound systems have amps.

Answer:	It's compatible with all Sena's that an audio Jack. The catch is that it is not compatible with the stock speakers so you can't do a duel system which is what I wanted. I wanted to run 4 speakers but once you hook up these speakers it kills the standard speakers.

Answer:	I use these on my yz450 dirtbike and my ninja. I don’t know about the Tork x-pros but I have run helmet speakers while riding and racing dirt bikes for the last 10 years and I have a pair of these in my dirt bike helmet and they sound great and so loud I turn them down a notch. Sometimes all you have to do for helmet speakers to get the loudness is pad them out closer to your ear and make sure there perfectly centered. When I mount speakers in my helmet I Velcro them in and then I take Velcro and stick a few same size pieces back to back and use them as Velcro shims put them behind the speaker till it’s almost too tight at the speakers to get my helmet on and the work amazing. If you don’t paid them out toward your ear even the best most expensive speakers there are you won’t be able to hear. I’d try that on your torks or maybe you already have but I am zero disappointed in these speakers I love them and reccomend them to friends and put them in my snowboard helmet too.

Answer:	I have only used them with Smith Helmets because they have a zippered pouch in the helmet liner that allows for the ear pucks to be located and the wire between the two. I would imagine they would work with any helmet that has a built in space into the helmet padded liner.
Question:	Does it have a mic
Answer:	It must have some sort of internal mic because when we have used it to make phone calls you don't need the phone mic. In general, I found it works great for music, and phone calls (haven't had trouble understanding each other when both of us are using Aleck, or when I am using my Aleck wireless and the other party is just using their cell phone). Siri works pretty well, although sometimes takes a couple tries. The only thing we haven't gotten to work well is the comms function - we got it to work once at home but haven't managed to figure it out how to get it to work on the mountain.

Answer:	No hon it's only got its charging port .
Question:	How does one attach the rubber piece to the inside of bike mount
Answer:	Yes, but it’s not stereo. You do a Bluetooth pairing, but the instructions aren’t great. I use it with a Fitbit verse 2 which doesn’t have speakers so here’s what I have to do to pair it. You hold the momoho on until the Asia voice says ready to pair and then check and see if it shows up on your phone or Fitbit. Then you have to click the bottom button that you turned on twice and see if it pairs. If so, the little voice says successfully paired. To me sound is good but I don’t have thousand dollar ears. Bluetooth pairing is a little tricky, though.

Answer:	You might have to buy a specific cable to match the little speaker and if it didn’t connect to the actual speaker I doubt it would work. It seems to have been made only for Bluetooth.

Answer:	No - it is not waterproof since that is a level of water resistance not possible in a speaker at this price if at all. It should have an IPXX rating (first X is dust and second is water) so like IP15 or IPX7 where the higher number represents greater resistance. I would say light rain, some splashing, or similar light moisture exposure would be fine (with flap closed over ports) but dropping it into a pool or puddle for multiple minutes would probably be more then the device would tolerate.

Answer:	SafeSound has an improved audio system called Ear Opening Sound System and provides great sound experience but it is not bone conduction technology. The audio leak is minimal and comparable to that of OMNI. The overall weight is reduced and fitting is more comfortable on SafeSound. The LED safety light is brighter and more noticeable on SafeSound.

Answer:	Mine came with a charging cable, a remote, and a holder for the remote that mounts on your handlebar. I’d probably look into getting a replacement if you’re missing all that stuff.
