Hhere are much brighter lights available but the design takes battery life, weight, size etc etc into account so having a 250 lumen++ light would compromise other features. Answer:	Yes. It comes with two different styles of mounting brackets and some zip ties to hold the bracket in place. I found the zip ties to be too short for my helmet and had to use some longer ones. It is very secure once you get it mounted. Light weight too!

Answer:	About 45-50 hours, maybe more. I run my lights on constant mode 45 minutes daily for my morning bicycle commute, change batteries about every 10-12 weeks (voltage usually about 1.22 per alkaline battery or so when I change them. The lights dim at about 1.25 volts.) The batteries are very easy to change, easy to open the light and remove and replace, takes about 10 seconds and no tools. I use 4 tail lights on my saddlebags, cars avoid me. Be safe, be highly visible, use at least two lights. I bought other lights, but I prefer these and use them exclusively now for my tail lights.
Question:	How wide is the rubber strap
Answer:	AAA. All of these small lights that i have seen use AAAs. The battery life with LEDs is extended by using the blink setting as opposed to the constant on setting, but is pretty impressive either way. Unless you're planning on a bike trip across the Gobi Desert without spares, I wouldn't worry about the difference between AA and AAA.

Answer:	That's a great question as I've also experienced that the straps to NOT last as long as the lights. I am otherwise so pleased with these lights that I have given them to my biking friends as gifts, and I was pleased to see that this seller includes two sets of straps. However, I've been forced to use rubber bands on my own bike. I would also love to be able to purchase replacement straps.

Answer:	I just had mine stop working from getting caught in a storm. Front light got water stuck in it and the system inside corroded.

Answer:	Beware of fake answers. The more expensive version of these by "Cycle Torch" (amazon id B01N2HZV9U) are 20 lumens for front and 10 for rear light. so these must be about same or less bright.

Answer:	I've used them for long rides (STP Seattle to Portland 100 two days in a row) I charged them at night but they never died, so essentially lasted at least 8 hours. Question:	Do both red/white lights blink
Answer:	Yes, when you push the button on top it cycles through a pattern of solid and blinking lights. The one I normally use is both white and red lights blinking.I am not particularly happy with this light though. I returned the first one I bought when it quit working, and the replacement is really just as flaky. Literally 20 minutes ago I got off my bike and tried to turn it off. The switch cycled through all the patterns except one: off. To turn it off I had to open it up, detaching the batteries, then close it. I don't recommend this.
Question:	How does it attach to a bike helmet
Answer:	There is a strap attached to the device with Velcro on it. You thread it through the hole of your choice on your helmet and fasten it that way. There is also an extra, loose piece of soft material and Velcro on it. Once the device is where you want it, you take that loose piece and fasten it to protect the top of your head. The loose piece attaches so that the soft part comes into contact with your head. Ingenious!

Answer:	To replace the battery you have to gently pry the circuit board up. I chipped mine the first time I replaced the battery. My recommendation to base camp is to find another light manufacturer. This current system is not good, I use another led light that I fasten to the helmet, no issues rain or shine! Hope this helps.

Answer:	Push on the center of the clear portion of the light. The first push is a solid red light, the second push is flashing red, the third push is a rotating pattern, and the fourth push turns it back off.

Answer:	The blue light is brighter than the red light. Also drunk drivers tend to go towards red flashing lights that is why you see police, fire and ambulances start putting blue lights on the rear of their vehicles.

Answer:	You could, I guess. But I think that would screw up the brakelight function. The sensor is best detecting linear acceleration/deceleration. I think your head movements would be tripping the brakelight all the time. It was charging, so I played with it just now. It would totally be continually tripping the brakelight if worn on the helmet.
