Answer:	To replace the battery you have to gently pry the circuit board up. I chipped mine the first time I replaced the battery. My recommendation to base camp is to find another light manufacturer. Answer:	Best I can say is: when I put it on my head fully open, I turn the tightening knob 12 clicks to shrink it to my size. Just measured my head and it was about 23" or 58 cm. it tightens beyond that still another 15 clicks. My sons can tighten it down to their size as well (they're mid teens).

Answer:	It comes with a visor. I don't know if the visor can be reordered. But it is separate from the helmet.

Answer:	Those are not actually plugs on the helmet. Just push the prong on the visor through the center of the dot that looks like a plug. Start with the center front one. You will have to slightly stretch the side of the visor back until the prong lines up with the side plug/socket then press it in. My helmet's directions made no mention of a visor in any way, lol.

Answer:	Go with the large. My head is just under 21” and the medium feels snug sometimes.

Answer:	You have to get the light out of the helmet to charge it. I found it impossible to pull out from the outside---don't even try or you might damage the exterior. However, from the inside, I found a small hole that I used to push it out with a long key. There is no hinge, no velcro strap, it must be pushed straight out. It is USB rechargeable.

Answer:	I don’t know how much larger a 17” head is compared to an average head, so my answer is no better than anecdotal, but I know that this helmet has more room on the left and right side of one’s head than my other Bell helmet. It’s for that reason that I use my Bell helmet more often. Like all helmets it has an adjustable inner head band to accommodate different head sizes. Sorry I can’t give you a more specific answer.

Answer:	That's interesting... here's the info from a sticker on the inside of the helmet... Model HT-23, size: 57-62CM, weight: 355-365g, Made In China. The space between my ears is typicaly huge. I find this helmet comfortable and secure. The strap that circles our head is adjustable by twisting the led circle in the back. This seems generic but is very functional.
Question:	How to change the light battery? What battery to install
Answer:	Behind the circular adjustment knob/light is a 3" x 1/2" long pad held on via Velcro. Remove that pad. Under that pad is a small patch of Velcro held in place with an adhesive side. Carefully peel off that patch. Under it you will find a small black screw. Using a jeweler's phillips head screwdriver, remove that screw and the knob will come off. On the back are 3 small silver screws. Using the same jeweler's phillips head screwdriver, remove the 3 silver screws and the back of the knob will drop off. Pull the electronics part of the knob out of the plastic housing and this will reveal a #2032 3v watch battery. Simply push it out of the contact plate and insert a new battery. Test the light by pushing on the small black switch button in the center of the electronics package. Repeat the disassembly process in reverse order and the light will be ready to use.

Answer:	This helmet feels pretty solid. This helmet has the ASTM certification tag inside the helmet but that is self-certifying, i.e. I can make a helmet myself out of anything and say it is ASTM certified without showing proof of anything to anyone. The only safety standard that matters is CPSC which is tested and certified by a government sponsored lab not affiliated with the maker of the helmet. The helmet I received DOESN'T HAVE “CPSC CERTIFIED” ON THE INSIDE OF THE HELMET. It doesn’t mean it isn’t certified by the CPSC but I don’t know how to check for sure. Maybe there is a link on the CPSC website to check whether a helmet is tested by the CPSC?
Question:	Why is there a tag inside the helmet saying it's for skateboard sport only
