Answer:	no you have to build it. but it is really simple. there only things you have to install are tbe handle bars until the front forks (which are attached to the bike already) you have to slide the front wheel onto the forks and tighten the nuts insert the seat in the frame. and slide the rear wheel into the back slots first then the training wheels slide right on top of them. then you tighten those two nuts. and the last thread the pedals on. it may sound complicated but is pretty simple.

Answer:	I wear them under my Lulu shorts and it doesn’t show but I assume if you wore something that is tight then they will show some but these truly do not show THAT much because of where the padding is placed. It’s placed mostly in the crutch area because that’s what touches the bike seat. They are high up on your cheeks where a diaper look might be! I was happy with them and I wear them after a bike ride without concerns about looking ridiculous! You will be pleasantly surprised as well!
