Answer:	It depends on your purpose. You want a larger size for activity, but a smaller size for recovery like when you sleep. For me, I went a size smaller for activity and they always slides down my biceps. So measure flexed for active wear, measure neutral for recovery wear.
Question:	How do you put this on correctly? There's no pictures showing how the seams should line up
Answer:	Check on the inside, you can see the left and the right, and you can see which side is the inside of the arm and which is the outside, when your arm is extended, palm facing up, the seam should be on the inside i.e. faceing the other arm. I hope that helps
