Answer:	You will probably need to get drywall anchors and screws to install them. I have mine installed on the garage walls but you can locate the studs on the wall it will hold it even better.

Answer:	If the 3 bike system is the same as the 5 bike system I had purchased the answer is “no”. You can ask the vendor directly if they have hooks for beach tires. I ended up returning the system and purchased large hooks which I mounted on a board then mounted it on the wall. It works beautifully. Also the hooks are rustproof.

Answer:	I’m hanging a Surly Krampus with 3” tires from one of these. It works but I have to have the bike at a slight angle. You’d probably have to get creative with anything wider than that.

Answer:	This would depend on many different factors. Snowboard dimensions, shape, texture, hanging brackets, etc. These hooks should work as long as you have something the board that can attach to the hooks.
Question:	How much weight can one hook hold
Answer:	They are sturdy hooks - if anchored in a stud or other solid material, would guess 30-40 pounds, maybe more. But that's just an estimate. Good quality hooks. If you need something stronger, I think they make some heavier ones that look very similar.

Answer:	If you drill a clean hole to the brick surface and add a plastic anchor, maybe you can. The hook is basically a metal screw. Ask yourself how you can put a metal screw into a brick surface securely AND hang a heavy object.

Answer:	I don't know where they are made, but they did seem to be of good quality and worked well for hanging bikes.
Question:	Are any tools necessary to insert into a stud? If yes, then what
Answer:	I use these for halter and bridle hooks in my barn and did not have to pre-drill. They are sharp and easy to insert/screw in. Yuou may need to pre-drill if your material is harder than wood.
Question:	Can I screw these into a tree
Answer:	I Really wish you would not screw them into a tree, however they will if screwed into a stout branch.
Question:	Does anyone know the dimensions of the screws so I can select the right anchor
Answer:	I used theses in a 2x4 wood strap. Drilled a 5/16" hole and threaded them in. They are very good steel and are holding up well--I hang my fairly heavy extension cords on them. However, if you are using them in a concrete or hollow wall application, I would buy the hooks and take one to a hardware store to match up with a proper anchor. Hope this helps.

Question:	Will this hold 29" wheels for a mountain bike
Answer:	Yes but ours fell off the wall within 2 weeks. The drywall anchors were jot sufficient to hold it up. We reinforced ours by adding wood planks and drilling it into planks. Works great now and is holding 4 adult bikes well.

Answer:	Yes. The hook holds your bike vertically by holding on to the front tire.
Question:	Could you fit a bike lock through the raised side bit of metal to lock a bike to this
Answer:	That portion is right next to the tire so there isn't a lot of room. You might be able to fit a thin cable lock if it's a mountain bike. A u-type lock might fit on a street bike, but it would be tight.
Question:	What size hole do i have to drill for the screws
Answer:	Sorry I don't know I just looked at the screw and held up a drill bit that was about equal and drilled.

Answer:	I dont think so, step thru's usually do not have top cross bar, to place across the red portion off wall mount. Ask co. Directly

Answer:	Even with extra strength screws, if someone really wants to steal your bike they can just ripped the rack off the wall.
