Answer:	I mounted the box directly to the grommets on the top tube with screws. The only difficulty is that you have to punch holes through the fabric for the screws. It is sturdy once mounted though tends to tilt to one side or the other. I am go to try using a Velcro strap on the front center loop to help keep it centered.

Answer:	They are removable. I only use three and you can get away with using one on the end of the bottom opposite the vertical strap. I've had it mounted to the front tube and seat post. Prefer the front since if you are keeping your legs narrow you can get a bit of rubbing with it positioned below the seats on the top tube.

Answer:	I own 6 Trisuits from SparkX and wear them regularly when pool swimming and cycling. I have had zero problems with them. I wash them in the washing machine but I recommend you air dry them as the heat from the dryer will cause the reflective logos to degrade and crack however the rest of the suit is unaffected. They hold up perfectly in the pool
