Answer:	I would not call it water proof, it is electric - it has worked for me in the rain and after it was in the rain so it resists rain fairly well - it's never given me any problems but I'm not going to tell you to use an electric bike in the rain if the manufacturer does not specifically warrantee use in the rain - my advice is "it works in the rain (and after the rain) I do not recommend using it in the rain or getting the electrical/electronic parts wet"

Answer:	I have left this out in the rain and used it in the rain and had no problems - I still recommend keeping it under a roof in a dry place - the battery holder does collect water when it rains - I recommend checking this and dumping it out or soaking it up with a rag when necessary - it has shown itself to me to be somewhat water/rain resistant but it's still electric so I would still not press it and recommend keeping it dry if possible - but if you are concerned about buying it because you fear it might not work in the rain don't be, you should buy it

Answer:	Nothing I could find. I received a 250.00 refund from the seller once amazon got involved. The seller did not want the bike back when I tried to get a refund. I was able to sell it on Craigs list for 200.00 so my monetary loss was around 150.00 when I finally settled it. Let the buyer beware.

Question:	How do i change the display from km/h to mph
Answer:	Okay...I am probably not supposed to be answering this question this way as I don't believe it would be supported by Ancheer and may be a little dangerous because you will be in the controller settings area. I found these quite by mistake because I was trying to figure out how to reset the trip meter to zero. First you need to make sure you have the correct controller and interface. Mine sits vertical, however it appears in some images they have another controller that sits horizontal and I have no idea how that one works. I searched online with the model information and have a manual for it from another e-bike - if you send your email address I will forward it to you. To access general settings menu, hold both the “+” button and the “-” button for 2 seconds. First setting to show is Trip Distance Clearance shown by TC on the display. Choices are y or n. If you save the setting with a y it will clear the distance. . Press the + or - button to change the value. . Press the info "i" button for 2 seconds and then exit general settings Next setting is the back light setting (or bL). Values are 1 - 3. . Press the + or - button to change the value. . Press the info "i" button to save your change. The next setting is the one you are looking for - Unit km/ml Conversion. Values are “1” is mile and “2” is kilometer. The default value is “2”. . Press the + or - button to change the value. . Press the info "i" button to save your change. Answer:	The answer is no. you can not overcharge the battery with a BMS which prevents this. also the battery charger will stop charging when it detects that the battery is fully charged.

Answer:	The short answer is it offers a lot of assist on hills. Probably depends on the weight of the rider, but for me, it helps me (about 165 lbs) up the hills even on the lower assist settings. I still need to pedal on steep hills, but it does assist the entire way up the hill. I've been impressed with how well this performs and the amount of assist. I ride it up a pretty good incline in soft dirt and leaves and it allows me to move right along. Same is true on a road that has a very steep incline for about 3 blocks.

It's a small frame bike. Tall yes, but length from seat to handle bars is pretty short and we are both only 5'7"-5'8". Not sure how to (if able) fix yet.
