Question:	Will this work with off road bikes
Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by the exposed locknut? The main reason to use this skewer as opposed to the one that came with your bike is that cone shape of the heads fit securely into the Kurt Kinetic clamp on your stationary trainer. I was able to use the skewer that came with my bike (Navarro carbon fiber with SRAM Rival components) it just didn't seat as nicely. And I have no problem using the Kurt Kinetic skewer with my bike, the only issue is aesthetic in that the components are black and the Kurt skewer is chrome.

Answer:	Well this is a custom skewer for the Kurt Kinetic trainer. Your bike wheel may already have a skewer on the rear wheel for quick release. That skewer can be changed with this one by following their (Kurt Kinetic) directions so that the possibility of the bike slipping off of the Kurt Kinetic trainer is eliminated. Last thing you want is to be going 30 to 40 miles an hour on your stationary set up and the wheel slips off the trainer you could crash into objects in the home and break them and could suffer an injury.

Answer:	I think so. The 9 yr old should have no problem, and i doubt the 6 yr old would either. The arm that holds the wheel dosent have alot of tension. It moves quite easily. I think its used more as a guide for the wheel. I really like the product and would recomend it.

Answer:	I'd have to agree with previous answer. You could definitely make the rack steady in the bed but with just one wheel sitting in the cradle and no straps for either wheel I wouldn't advise it.

Answer:	The resistance on the tire from the trainer is consistent throughout the training period and cannot be adjusted without getting off the bike. However, that's not the purpose of the trainer, unlike a spin bike you have gears on your actual bike and by using your shifter and moving up and down the rear ring you will provide yourself with plenty of resistance and can change gears as often as you need to simulate climbing, speed work, and recovery. There are great training videos on YouTube that tell you when to shift up or down on your bike while using a trainer. Good luck.

Question:	What about the shipping, how long it takes to arrive once you buy it
Answer:	It's not difficult at all. The bike is held in place by threaded bolts that screw in from either side at the bike's axle. The fitting where it attaches to the axle, (it fits snugly over the nut) is good and sturdy, and the other ends have large plastic grips. The threads are large enough as to not make it hard to turn but small enough to allow for a good, tight fit.

Answer:	i just looked at my bike set-up and i think it's going to be a little small. My bike is set up on it right now but I think you have about 8 inches of leeway, or 203 mm. There are a couple threads on the screws unaccounted for, but that's going to be a really tight fit. WHAT are you riding??? :)

Question:	How can you attach a tv safely to this stand
Answer:	You can not attach a tv to this stand, you can sit a small monitor on stand, really made more for a laptop or tablet.
Question:	Is the top wide enough to support the 24.1" leg width of a 32" tcl 32s327 tv? the tv is only 10lbs - any issues with supporting the weight
Answer:	The top is 28" wide x 14" deep. I think it would be sturdy enough for 10 Lbs, but would position the stand far enough away from your bikes you don't accidentally knock it around.
Question:	Can the surface of the desk tilt upward? I have a reclining bike and the desktop would need to be able to tilt upwards
Answer:	No sir it won't rotate. You'd have to place something to provide you that tilt but I would be afraid that it would just slip off the table. It raises and lowers and of course FWd and Back as needed.
Question:	What is the inside width? I want to slide it close to a fitness spinner bike with a wide 21" base
Answer:	My measurement matches A. Ayoade's: 24.5". If your spinner base is close to that, you probably technically have an extra 1/8 or 1/16 inch to work with.

Question:	What is the big difference between rad cycle and kinetic 2.0 road machine
Answer:	the rad is loud, i made a noise canceling box to shut it up out of egg cartons and cardboard (worked very well). I would assume the kinetic would have better bearings. I put an equivalent of 2000 miles on it before getting an overuse injury. If you buy this take off the plastic cover near the cyclinder, as that makes even more noise. Personally I think it is a better buy than the kinetic, I got mine on ebay for 20 dollars new

Answer:	This product is designed for a quick release axle. However, while it is not guaranteed, if your bike does not have this it may still work by simply tightening the trainer to your rear axle. If this fits securely over the bolts the trainer will still work.

Answer:	You do need to have a quick release axle and this product comes with a skewer to swap out when you are using the trainer.
Question:	It work with mountainbike 29 wheels
Answer:	No, our trainers are designed to work with a 26" - 28" and 700cc wheel.
Question:	Can you use the bicycle stand with a folding Dahon bike
Answer:	This trainer is for a bike with a quick release rear axle. This trainer fits 700c or 26in wheels. If you Dahon bike fits those specs then it will work.
Question:	Will this work with a regular bike
Answer:	We have a regular adult bike and it works just fine. It's a little noisy but it does the job!

Question:	Is this 11spd compatible

Question:	Can you use the wahoo fitness app with h3 snd if so do you need a cable to make it work. I’m trying to avoid paid subscriptions
Answer:	The Wahoo Fitness app only works with Wahoo trainers. If you do not want to use a subscription service, you can use our Saris Utility app for basic ERG control features or simply ride the trainer in default mode without it paired to any program. In that state it will provide a progressive resistance curve and you can still transmit the power data to a cycling hear unit to track your workout.
Question:	Does this trainer come with a rear wheel skewer
Answer:	no
Question:	Can you, or why can’t you just use your existing bike cassette ? Why do you have to buy another and another skewer
Answer:	You can definitely take the cassette off of your normal wheel and mount it on the trainer. It is just recommended to get a second cassette so that you do not need to deal with the hassle of that anytime you want to take the bike off of the trainer and ride it outside.
