Answer:	The compartments have two zippers that could theoretically be locked together resulting in locking the compartments but it would not be easy to do.

Question:	I am reading reviews that indicate that these panniers fall off of the rack easily. Has this issue been addressed by the manufacturer on newer version
Answer:	I had similar concerns. Some of the reviewers also mentioned that this was likely due to improper installation. I would agree with the installation. I've had mine on for over 6 months with no issues. Empty, full, mostly on smooth/cracked streets. I'm also using a Topeak bike rack which could be helping.
Question:	Is it two bags or just one
Answer:	Just one. These are great but they fall off easy. I use a bungee to make sure they stay on.

Question:	What are the internal dimensions of this bag
Answer:	12" x 9" x 8", but you can get more than 8" from the depth if you don't roll down top and latch it the sides. It's surprisingly roomy. Check out the pictures on my review.
Question:	Compatible with ortilb saddlebag panniers? Can you use this while two saddlebags are attached hanging off outer tube of rear rack on either side
Answer:	You should be able to. I'm not familiar with the Ortlieb Saddlebags or your rack, but the Topeak rides on the rail that attaches to the seat stem. There would be enough clearance. I bought this bag to carry "in-line" and didn't use a rear rack or saddlebags. I did use an Ortlieb handlebar bag. This bag is nice but I thought the zipper was cheap and the Velcro dividers inside did not stay in place well to hold the shape of the bag.
Question:	Can you mount this on a rack that is not topeak
Answer:	No- there are no loops or grommets that would allow you to strap it on a regular rack . It has a track underneath designed for use with the topeak quicktrack system.
Question:	Is there anywhere on the bag, to easily attach or mount a rear light
Answer:	There is no way to attach rear light to the bag unless one want to stick it to the material with glue or tape. There is no easy way to handle the problem, in my bike I mount the light sideways on the frame.

Question:	Can it fit a road bike? Bianchi pista
Answer:	It should fit but I am not familiar with the Bianchi pista specifically.

Answer:	I replaced the rear crossbar with a satin 6 1/2 inch spaced cabinet pull handle, and added hex head cap screws that were sized to the application. It will barely fit 4.0 tires with the factory spacing. However if it shifts more than 1/4 inch one way or the other it's going to rub the 4.0 tire. With the 6 1/2 inch spacing you can fit any and all tires. The pannier frames are flexible enough to make the stretch. It actually feels sturdier with the modification. Although it drops the rear bar down 1/2 inch. It fits fine with the modification until I purchased a suspension seatpost. Then I had to purchase the elevated type A beam rack... You only need 1 pull handle. The listing is for 10. As with all modifications enter at your own risk. Question:	Does the rack just sit on the hub bolts? How does that stay secure
Answer:	The pannier does not attach to the hub bolts, or to the bike frame in any direct way. The pannier frame (gray item) simply attaches to the beam rack (black item) as shown in the picture. It in no way comes in direct contact with the bike.

Answer:	The sides fold down. They will be your panniers. None of the 3 containers are very large but work well on my carbon seatpost. I used it for Ride the Rockies. Start the ride with gorewear at 19 degrees. Shed at 70. Pu extra tire and tubes and air in top bag for solo long rides.

Answer:	The RX bag, no, a light jacket is about it. The RX is a small bag, I use it for my wallet, keys, small stuff like that. I have the MTX bag on my mt bike and it's very large, panniers would easily hold text books.

Answer:	I put it on a trek Crockett and it almost didn’t seem wide enough. 700x38 tire size. The frame size is key. Also it will not hold panniers if you were thinking of running them. I used it once and went back to a backpack.

Answer:	I too had the same problem with the MTX trunkbag EX. I can *just* squeeze Ortleib Classic Panniers on with the RX trunkbag EX attached to an explorer rack (MTX mount). I'll try to put some pictures in a customer review. It works well enough that I'll be keeping the RX.
