Question:	Are all the bags that are ordered set for right-handed people, or is there a way to choose left-handed
Answer:	I own two different Timbuk2 messenger bags. A 2015 and circa late 1990's. Both of my bags can be configured for either right or left hand wear with zero difference in functionality or convenience. My circa 90's Timbuk2 is one of the old Dirt Rag magazine subscription give away versions from that era and I occasionally wore it over either shoulder when bicycling and found it very comfortable either way. I love that bag. Can't think of anything I could possibly give it up or trade it for. I've even used that bag loaded with my scrubs and essentials (I was an RN) folded up inside, retention strap hooked from the shoulder strap to the bags opposite clip for stability and allowing me to keep the bag right where I wanted it in the middle of my lower back while riding my CBR to work on many beautiful Michigan days and nights. So many wonderful, incredible memories! Thanks for allowing me to remember. Anyway, that bags seen a lot, been through a lot. Never a problem and still in great condition! Answer:	it poured yesterday here in NYC and I was walking in the rain about 6 block to my car with no umbrella. The contents in my bag where still dry. It does a good job I would say. I had 10 manilla envelopes in my bag and none were affected by water.
Question:	does the XS bag fit a 13 inch mac book pro
Answer:	No. It will fit easily in the Small, however. Even an 11.6" laptop won't fit in the XS. Just a 10.1" 16:9 screened laptop (which is considerably longer than an iPad, since the iPad is more of a square while most laptops are more of a rectangle). The XS is certainly large enough for EDC with a tablet. The Small is large enough to be a personal item (35" sum of LxWxH) on a flight. The twin buckles and tuck in corners are superb in terms of keeping stuff from sliding out of either bag if you kick in under the seat.

Answer:	I use a 15.6" Lenovo T530 and it barely fits in the laptop pocket which is in the back. It might fit in the front pocket under the big flap. Answer:	I just tested the medium and small with my 2015 retina 15" macbook. Without any kind of sleeve or case the 15" will fit into the small. I have a padded case I put the laptop in and even with that it fits nicely into the medium. With the padded case it will not fit into the small without force. Question:	Are there any bike commuters that use this bag? How is it on your back
Answer:	yes. I have my laptop in the laptop pocket and stick my headphones in the first zipper. It also holds my planner, additional notebook and kindle voyage.

Answer:	Only if you stuff it full of things. Mine is fairly lightweight until I put my older laptop in it. I have a fairly small frame and it is not big or bulky when I wear it.

Answer:	It could stand up to a light rain I believe, the material is thick canvas that has been treated. However being in heavy rain for a prolonged period of time, it would probably seep through. Hope that helps!

Answer:	Actually no. Well, technically my 15.6-inch laptop (Acer E series) fit into the laptop pocket, but zipping the bag closed after was very difficult. And the bag would not have protected the corner/edge of the laptop at all. Sadly, have to return it. That's unfortunate, because otherwise it seems like a nicely made, compact and stylish bag.

Answer:	It goes around the strap near the laptop sleeve and it is just an added layer of keeping it all together

Answer:	I had eight Timbuk2 bags. It really would be better to read the descriptions of the bags and look carefully at the bags. Some have just minute differences but those differences can make a big difference. I bought 2 that I would not have bought f I had really paid attention to detail. Fortunately I was able to give one of them to my son, the other just stays in the drawer waiting for me to give it away also.

Answer:	I have the smaller iPad Pro and it fits like a glove but this may be too small to fit the larger model. Mine fits perfectly and the larger model is much bigger so that leads me to believe it won’t fit. Sorry.

Question:	Will it fit my 2 16 inches laptop
Answer:	I like it but it has a rigid rectangular thing along the vertical axis that might bother you if you have a bony back, especially if you have a laptop in the pack. It's not an issue if you are upright, just when you lean over the handlebars. Overall, I like the pack a lot and the straps are really comfortable
Question:	How weatherproof is it
Answer:	It should do just fine for all but bigger, windy, heavy rainstorms. If the top flap is tightly clipped in place it should keep the inside nice and dry.If you forget to tighten it up and clip it down though, expect the corners of pages to be damp. I'd also recommend carrying anything particularly vulnerable in the main pouch, since the front pouch has a standard zipper with no inside guard, that can let some moisture through.
Question:	I have a 17.4ish Dell and am wondering if it will fit? I'm okay with snug, just not busting through the zippers tight
Answer:	No it's a good size bag but not huge

Answer:	Great question, it features water resistant fabrics, and can be considered water resistant...but it lacks taped seam construction to be considered water proof. If you'll be in an extended downpour, we recommend a rain cover.

Question:	Do the bags separate
Answer:	No they do not. They are attached at the top by the piece that goes over the rack. But they hold together with magnets at the bottom so when you carry it, it's like a single satchel. Love the bags!
Question:	Can this hold a couple of vinyl records
Answer:	It should. Holds a full size laptop sideways so assume it will work. I’d get it and if it doesn’t work easy to return. It’s a great bag. I rode home in a rainstorm the other day about 5 miles and none of the contents inside got wet! Had it for a couple years and never tested it that way so was happy it performed. I use it almost every day and the design is great and the durability is excellent. Still looks new.
Question:	What is the capacity of each bag? Could I fit a pair of shoes in one of the panniers
Answer:	You could definitely fit a pair of shoes in one of the panniers. I've had a full change of clothes for the gym and a pair of tennis shoes in one side without having to squish too much.
Question:	Will it fit my 15 in laptop
Answer:	Yes, I put my 15" laptop (in a neoprene sleeve) in it all the time. Be aware that, at least in the 2015 Diablo edition, the laptop compartment is not padded. I don't know if they improved that in the most recent version.
