Answer:	Screwdriver is used to open code reset cover. If you want to reset the code or open the lock, you need to have password first. Original default password is 0000, after reset, nobody but you know how to open the lock. So screwdriver just opens cover but can never open the lock. Answer:	No they do not. They are attached at the top by the piece that goes over the rack. But they hold together with magnets at the bottom so when you carry it, it's like a single satchel. Love the bags!
Question:	Can this hold a couple of vinyl records
Answer:	It should. Holds a full size laptop sideways so assume it will work. I’d get it and if it doesn’t work easy to return. It’s a great bag. I rode home in a rainstorm the other day about 5 miles and none of the contents inside got wet! Had it for a couple years and never tested it that way so was happy it performed. I use it almost every day and the design is great and the durability is excellent. Still looks new.

Answer:	You could definitely fit a pair of shoes in one of the panniers. I've had a full change of clothes for the gym and a pair of tennis shoes in one side without having to squish too much.

Answer:	Yes, I put my 15" laptop (in a neoprene sleeve) in it all the time. Be aware that, at least in the 2015 Diablo edition, the laptop compartment is not padded. I don't know if they improved that in the most recent version.

Answer:	As long as you have the rack in place these are easy to put on and take off. I liked them a lot.
Question:	Silly question BUT how do you secure (and to what) the INTERNAL straps? I presently looped the hooked strap around my read tire frame
Answer:	On my bag these were little elastic bungee cord with a hook. easy to take off if not needed. these were bicycle carrier side tire side of the bag.

Answer:	No, not at all. I biked in a thunderstorm just now and both sides of the bag had puddles of water at the bottom. Luckily my stuff wasn’t damaged (and the stuff that was wasn’t important) but yeah. Definitely wrap water-sensitive stuff in plastic when using these bags.

Answer:	This is 1 bag, with 2 compact panniers that are connected by the middle shelf, they do not come apart. The middle shelf is 4.5" wide and sits on rack shelves. 4 straps attach it to the rack. The panniers hang off the sides and have an additional hook each for connecting to the rack. Hope this helps!

Vincita is a Bangkok based cycling bag and accessories company. Our story started differently: when we took our friends' suggestion to start a bag business in 1987, we were not experienced cyclists, but the company has changed slowly and transformed us into one. Answer:	I used them on a six day trip on the great divide mtn bike trail and then were solid. Stayed on even when I hit a huge pothole and broke a spoke. We were on washboard as well as chunky gravel.

Answer:	I carry my laptop and camera in the bags and in heavy rain without issue. You have to be careful opening the bag to make sure there is no water on top of the bags.
Question:	Will these bags fit onto a rad power bike radcity rear rack
Answer:	these look too massive to use on the front! Even for low rider racks they'd be big. Rule of thumb is to put smaller capacity bags up front and bigger on the rear, with a 60/40-ish weight distribution.
