Question:	Can you fit two tubes (35c), two levers and a multi tool in a small bag
Answer:	I did a test with my wife wearing the headphones in another room and me standing next to the TV with a football game on at a moderate volume (loud enough that it could clearly be heard anywhere in the room, but not so loud you had to scream to be heard) and she could hear me clearly and couldn't hear the game at all. I would imagine a semi truck with the doors closed and windows up would still be louder than the TV was, but would probably still handle it well. These bar none are the best headphones I have owed.

Answer:	I have a note 8 and it fits easily. The problem I have is the bag zips where it attaches to the frame and can be difficult to open. The Velcro may rip and could use reenforcing.

Answer:	I have the Motorola Droid Maxx 2. It's a 5.5 inch screen, & it fits perfectly. I don't know how big the iPhone 7 is, but if it's close to my Droid. It will fit.
Question:	Material? Is it rugged
Answer:	The outer sides are rugged and thick.. the problem is the "span" material between the sides -- where the velcro straps connects -- is very thin and nowhere near as rugged. It is these areas that take actually hold the weight of the bag & whatever you're carrying and thus this area dictates the "strength" of the bag... and they DO NOT HOLD UP! I have, maybe, 5-7lbs (mostly a singular lock weight) and the "span" area has just fallen apart. I've tried sewing it back together and reinforcing it with denim patches to give the upholstery thread something denser/stronger to hold onto and still the mesh fabric of the span is, STILL, falling apart! I've only had the bag for about 1 yr and have repaired 2-3 times (started to breakdown after about 5-6 months). It's JUNK... waste of money!

Answer:	Hi there. Put the strap through either of the loops on the bottom of the bag and loop it over the metal pieces on the bottom of the seat. Adjust the strap accordingly to make it tight. Hope this helps!
Question:	What size is shown in the photo
Answer:	I have the large bag, with the expandable part zipped shut, I can fit it one 23c tube, one large Park MTB3 multi tool, a smaller smart IPhone SE, 2 tire levers, a Altoids tin (which I have all my small stuff in) that goes into the inside rear door web thing, 5 packs of hand cleaner, and a powerbar...that's all with the bottom expansion closed, if I open that expansion and I all had to do was put in what you have it would fit 2 tubes, multi tool, and maybe the phone with no problem. I say maybe the phone because I don't know how big your phone is, you need to look at the dimensions of the bag expanded and not expanded to see if yours will fit. You can put the phone a couple of ways, either flat in the horizontal position or sideways in the vertical position. For the money this is a quality made bag, I've had mine now for a year and it's holding up fine. If that bag won't hold your phone then look at the Topeak Aero Wedge bags, the largest one will definitely handle any phone with lots of room to spare.

Answer:	As long as you have the rack in place these are easy to put on and take off. I liked them a lot.
Question:	Silly question BUT how do you secure (and to what) the INTERNAL straps? I presently looped the hooked strap around my read tire frame
Answer:	On my bag these were little elastic bungee cord with a hook. easy to take off if not needed. these were bicycle carrier side tire side of the bag.

Answer:	No, not at all. I biked in a thunderstorm just now and both sides of the bag had puddles of water at the bottom. Luckily my stuff wasn’t damaged (and the stuff that was wasn’t important) but yeah. Definitely wrap water-sensitive stuff in plastic when using these bags.

Answer:	This is 1 bag, with 2 compact panniers that are connected by the middle shelf, they do not come apart. The middle shelf is 4.5" wide and sits on rack shelves. 4 straps attach it to the rack. The panniers hang off the sides and have an additional hook each for connecting to the rack. Hope this helps!

Answer:	It might work, depending on how your bike is constructed. There is a front velcro strap that ties around the handlebar stem, and 2 bottom velcro straps that secure around the angled bar of your bike, so it still should fit. However, it depends on the design of your bike as to whether the stem strap is long enough. I would guess that it should work just fine on most women's bikes. You can always return it if it doesn't fit. It's very handy and convenient to be able to put keys, Kleenex and my phone in this tiny bag. I wish you good luck.

Answer:	Looked up the dimensions of your PHONE and it is identical to my Samsung Galaxy J2- (2.75in.x6in) YES- it will fit just fine. I put it in just like in the stock pic shows. Perfect fit.. I fit a couple CCards & ID to the left inside pocket, a few energy bars next to the phone, and some nitrile gloves, bike multi-tool and chapstick in the right inside pocket. The bungee on the outside is perfect for sunglasses if it gets on in the evening..btw- I didn't put the bottom strap round the down tube like in the pic. Answer:	Keep the elastic cord pieces together and push the button on the plastic grommet to release pressure and allow you to pull the elastic cord through and then lock when you release the button. This allows you to snug down something on top of the bag, like a water bottle. Push the button to release the cord and it will allow to tighten/loosen tension as you wish.
