Question:	I've been using the product well but the headlight mounting stand has been broken. The headlight is fine. Is there any way to subsitute the holder
Answer:	That's a great question as I've also experienced that the straps to NOT last as long as the lights. I am otherwise so pleased with these lights that I have given them to my biking friends as gifts, and I was pleased to see that this seller includes two sets of straps. However, I've been forced to use rubber bands on my own bike. I would also love to be able to purchase replacement straps.

Question:	Do you have to turn the unit off and back on to switch between solid and flashing modes? Or sequential press of the button
Answer:	Sequential press of the button. It's like flipping through TV channels. Turning the unit on will get you on the mode you left the unit before turning it off.
Question:	I like this product, however the light will not stay on now after a few weeks of cycling. I would like to know if it can be fixed or is now trash
Answer:	I guess I would check that the battery was completely charged. I haven’t had to charge mine yet but I think it displays a green light when all charged up. If in fact it was charged the next logical inspection would be the only moving part-the switch. Not much that can be done as I don’t think they disassemble but you could remove it from the bike and more directly manipulate it and see how well it works or doesn’t. If these fail to give results you’ve got nothing to loose by opening it up(somewhat by force!)and finding the problem. If you just got the set then you may have recourse with amazon or manufacturer.

Answer:	It doesn’t charge. You have to change the battery like a remote control. It should last 60-80 hours on the fast flashing mode, maybe 90 on the slow flashing mode

Question:	Are the batteries user replaceable ? If I carry extras can I put them in while riding
Answer:	No. It has a built-in rechargeable battery. According to the specs, the battery life is 4 hours on high and 10 hours on low. The light has 5 different modes. I usually ride in the daytime and only use the strobe mode. I usually recharge it after about 8 hours of use and it has never run out on me.
