This film is transparent. Where there is no printing, you can see clearly through it. If you intend to use it for a back lit sign, I would suggest using Avery #8665 clear full-sheet Shipping Labels. Light passes through them easily, but they have a frosted look, so the light is diffused.... probably what you would prefer, since you don't want to actually see the lamp behind it... but still let the light pass through.

Answer:	this one has an adjustable clip on the back of the bag to hold it in place. We haven't had a slipping problem (once we tightened the back clip).

Answer:	It does, making it easy to pull. However, the handle doesn't lock into place with buttons. With a little pressure, you can push the handle back down. That's fine if you're pulling it behind you, but makes it almost impossible to push in front of you.

Answer:	I've not tried to heat something and use the bag. However, I have used it to keep breast milk from cooling. It seems to work well for that but that is less of a temperature change that trying to warm something and then keep it warm. The breast milk cools a little but is still warmer than room temperature at a couple of hours later.

Answer:	It's made of plastic and foam inside. I don't see why not. I think you would just have to be careful how deep and long the screws are. My advice would be you some Automotive double stick tape. And some short screws just to secure it in place.
