Answer:	On these fishing ropes me and my wife went out the same day they arrived and tested them in the water all day. We didn't pull up a heavy load but heavy enough to hold it and the I can say the rope is very good in the water. We have no problem in throwing the rope many time in the rivers for quite a few days and t stands up towards it is water resistant. I would recommend this rope to anyone as i can see it's doing well in the rivers and lakes we fish in.

I ordered one and just got it. The magnet barely holds the screw, magnetically, that it came with when testing it out quick. Is that normal

You could get yourself some lock tight and put it on that screw to hold it good and tight I lost a magnet because I did not use it and the screw came un done so I bought a different magnet and had better luck because the bolt hook screw we’re super tight and I assume that they had already put lock tight on it. So if I were you I would get use something to secure them together. Good luck we have so much fun “cleaning the rivers” 😃

Answer:	It usually releases itself if it's too big.
Question:	When it says vertical pull is that straight up on the magnet (AKA a different mount that what is on it) or is that using the same mount that is on it
Answer:	That’s the only mount that’s on it. I bought it for my nephew that lives on a river. Honestly, after handling it and sticking a few things to it, even with things being lighter under water, I don’t think this thing is going to lift anything too serious. It does seem like it would be interesting to try.......but yes, that is the only mount and the sides are magnetic
