Question:	Could this be secured to a big horizontal tree limb and hang down
Answer:	We cannot recommend that because there is no way of knowing the strength and integrity of the tree limb. Also, the net is secured at the bottom and there would be no way to do this on a tree. With outdoor play equipment, you should always follow the instructions from the manufacturer to avoid creating an unsafe situation.
Question:	what is the weight rating or weight limit
Answer:	This product is for children aged four to ten. 150 pounds is the weight limit for that age range.
Question:	what can it attach to indoors
Answer:	If you are in a wood framed home you could add a wood beam across, and fixed, to the underside of the ceiling or floor framing that's within 8 feet. Any space with ceiling structure higher than 8 feet, you would have to build down structure to hang it from. You should not try to hang it from just one floor joist or ceiling joists especially no drilling holes in the joists. If you needed it installed near Minneapolis, I could help.

Answer:	We used a long metal pipe woven through 2 entire sides. The pipe is permanently attached with brackets on the end- this is the most secure. If you need to, you could use reinforcing carabiner clips with rope every 12-15 inches on at least 2 sides.
Question:	Can you shorten the net
Answer:	I wouldn’t recommend it; however, where I hung mine wasn’t a perfect square so I shortened it by hooking my carabiners about 8inches into the netting for one side. Works fine as me and my daughter have stress tested it.
Question:	How much weight can it hold
Answer:	It depends on how you have the net mounted, we have it attached using a long pipe on 2 sides, and carabiner clips on the other side, so its very stable. Although it isn't easy to see in the picture, it is a doubled up net- very strong. It can easily hold our 3 kids, 13 yrs, 11 yrs, and 9 year old at the same time. If you only have it mounted in the corners, it would not support as much weight.

Question:	Is there a way to cut the rope to the size needed
Answer:	It is a whole, the size has been fixed, it is not recommended to cut.
Question:	Can someone fully describe the installation? I’m not clear how to use the included brackets. My plan was to put through holes on a top piece of wood
Answer:	Consider using large carriage bolts with lock washers underneath the platform and 2-2.5” fender washers in the middle of four crested individual circular knots on each end rope fastened tightly to the top of your platform. Test it several times with the heaviest person to use the net. The included brackets (3ea) look somewhat like corkscrews. Twist these in the ground at an easy angle to support climbing the net. Only issue observed involves where there are 4 anchor rope ends needed to be attached to the 3 provided anchor brackets. Used two outside brackets and place remaining bracket as an anchor to attach the remaining two ropes.
Question:	can i order extra 8 plastic buckles and 15 feet of rope, I am using 2 of these for sides to a plank bridge and I want to add 4 extra verticles
