Question:	Will this fit a queen size air mattress
Answer:	While I have used this tent with a queen sized air mattress, it didn't really work. You cant zip the door shut along the bottom, and it takes up all of the floor space. If you are fine with that, then go for it.

Answer:	A full sized American pickup truck, GMC Chevy, Dodge Ram, and Ford/Lincoln all have 48" between the wheel wells. A long bed, or full size bed, will measure 4' between the wheel wells X 8' in length. If you have the luxury of driving a truck right up to where you're setting up camp: sleep in the truck. Sleep in the cab. Get a camper shell. Get a tonneau cover, and sleep under the tonneau. Use the stake pockets on your bed rails, and improvise shelter with a tarp. Do I need to point out that since you have the luxury of a truck, by all means do not sleep on the ground?

Answer:	Yes, very waterproof. My husband used it to go deer hunting in a downpour, so it was a good test of the waterproofing. He discovered it is a summer tent, with great ventilation, which he didn't want in a winter storm. It was barely large enough for him or two smaller children. It sets up easily too.

Answer:	I live in an arid region in the Caribbean and I ordered this tent in 2016, 4 years ago. I just opened it again last night for the first time in years and set it up in my lockdown back garden which is on the ground (more like sand here on the equator) to have a spontaneous outside camping night. Well next to being virtually in a new bought state with no discoloration, or time induced damage the tent was virtually dustless .. I can know as I have severe allergies and hayfever. I swear it also rooted the weeds that were growing and sweeped the back porch clean of dust&sand too. exiting the tent I felt like I freshly showered and my clothes were folded too! Highly recommended

Answer:	That must be a misprint, because the pack weight of the tent (taking it in the field) is about 7lbs 8ounces I believe. So the ship weight can't be 3lbs!

Answer:	The bottom is waterproofed so for sure you can use it all 4 seasons. BTW ..one night it rained so bad that I felt like I was sleeping on a waterbed - but nothing got inside. Just do your best to protect the bottom from cuts or even small punctures and you'll be fine.
Question:	Can someone post actual weight of tent , rain fly
Answer:	Holds up well. I camped overnight on the a North Rim of the Grand Canyon and a front moved in with sustained 30 MPH winds. Tent handled it well. NOTE: it is a 3-season tent with the tent itself being mostly netting, so if it is a cold wind, it will get under the fly and into the tent a bit. My only dislike so far is the zipper. It runs in an “L” shape and no matter what you do it gets hung up and you have to use both hands to clear where it makes the turn.

Answer:	Yes, it's pretty much like a window screen. Just make sure all the zippers are zipped.

Answer:	Mine didn’t leak at all after I put a silicone waterproofing spray on it. I coated all of the tent and rain fly 3 times. Letting the chemical dry each time before reapplying. We weren’t in any nasty conditions, but it did rain all day for two days with a light drizzle on the 3rd day. For the money, I’d buy this tent again for sure. Just make sure you set it up carefully so you don’t break the poles or tear the fabric, as other reviewers have had that problem. I have used it several trips without problems.
Question:	Is there room for a cot inside this tent
Answer:	The tent fits a sleeping bag, so I would imagine that a small cot would fit in there. Its a great little tent!

Answer:	Probably not. They did a very good job of muffling a laoud washer and dryer in simultaneous operation, but I don't think they would completely block a loud siren.

Question:	Does your tent have a seam across the bottom of the floor? Does it leak at the seam
Answer:	Mine does not have a seam across the bottom (that would be weird). It doesn’t leak at the seams but the bathtub/floor part is not extremely water resistant. Every time I have gone camping with the alps tent it has rained heavily and everything that touches the ground gets damp. I’m not sure a footprint would make a big difference because rain water can just dribble in between the two. I just bought a nikwax sealant to see if I can improve it.

Answer:	I put this tent in a Kelty 6 inch diam. x 12 inch compression bag. it will compress to 8 to 10 " I don't full compress it. Just to the width of my back pack. I stow the poles and pegs separate.

Question:	Is there any difference between the two color tents beside color? In a picture it looks like the Green Peridot tent has a longer bottom sheet
Answer:	The floor is intended to be durable enough to use without. It's 20D while many lightweight tents are 10-15D (where "D" is the weight of the fabric). But it is still a light material so it does require careful use (e.g. checking a site for sharp rocks and sticks). If you don't want to be bothered or you camp on harsh surfaces like bare rock, then you may prefer a groundsheet. I am working on developing these and should have them available in a few months as an accessory.
Question:	Anyone know how heavy the included stakes are
Answer:	This is the going market price for just the outer shell. That's usually what comes with a "hot tent" . I dea is its light , and you're always burning the stove for warmth .

Answer:	Used only in light snow fall. About 3 inches. Held up fine. Snow made nice seal around tent.
