Answer:	for us, it's two person job. sometimes it goes up easy, but other times a raised hub comes down when one tries to raise the second. it's relatively easy, but not as easy as other 8 person tent. coleman 8 person is easy with one person, i would not be able to pitch core 13 person alone. i'm with helping hands, it's easy!

Answer:	In the bag, with stakes, poles, and all, I would put it at about 15 pounds. The tent by itself, no more than 7 pounds. It is very light weight for how sturdy it is.

Answer:	You can place it anywhere you like. We bought ours to use with our camper but it could easily be used around the house if that is your preference.

Answer:	Yes, you should be able to. I am a 75 year old female myself and like the tent because I can manage it by myself. If you have balance issues, you should be careful, because it flips open with a bit of force, and then you have to pop out the sides and lift it into place. Not heavy, just a little awkward.

Answer:	I used it a night in the low 30s. If you're a cold weather camper im assuming you have a heater of some sort. You can place a heater in the screen/mini porch and have it safely on out there. It will heat the tent rather quickly if you have the vents closed and rain fly properly and snug to the ground around. There is only about a 3 inch gap from ground to rain fly so place it with the wind accordingly and you will feel no draft. The tent is a solid tent against win and rain as well. I love this tent and it is an amazing tent to have. Says 4 people sleeps 3 comfortably and perfect for two. I highly recommend this tent I don't know why the other person was cold I have a fan and had to shut the heater off due to getting hot and it is the smallest heater to have lol. I hope this helps you or whoever stumbles upon this. I love this tent (great to box to for the flower campers😉)
