Answer:	Last Fall we purchased a house that had been smoked in continuously for the previous 15 years. The walls, ceilings and trim were the color of butterscotch pudding! First thing we did was take out the carpet. After cleaning every surface in the house with a 50/50 solution of ammonia and water we primed with BIN Synthetic Shellac Primer by Zinsser. The wallpaper had NOT been put up correctly and I just primed right over it! BUT, you need an oil base primer to go over wallpaper. Make sure there are no loose bits first!) We had the HVAC system cleaned out and also all the concrete floors professionally steam cleaned before we put new carpet/wood down. In the master bedroom there were a lot of dog pee stains on the floor so we also primed (which sealed) that floor with BIN. It was a TON of work but worth it! But now we have a new rescue dog and here I am...
Question:	Will this work as a shampooer solution
Answer:	We recommend that you don’t use our product in the carpet shampooer. It's better to pre-treat the problem areas, let it sit overnight if possible, then shampoo as normal. The key is for the product to come in contact with the urine and then given time to work. Using it in the shampooer just puts it down and sucks it right back up. That doesn't allow it to go deep enough into the carpet (and pad), nor allow it the time it needs to break down and digest the urine crystals. However, many of our customers have used our product in a carpet cleaner machine and have had good success. Put a couple of ounces of our product to every gallon or two of warm water in the machine. Question:	Our dog's crate was stored at our neighbot's house for awhile. I believe their dog morked the crate. Will your product remove it
Answer:	Yes! Spray our product on the crate and leave it on overnight then wipe it down with water.

Answer:	I used it as a pre treat and then 1/2 & 1/2 in my carpet cleaner. Keep in mind I only did this for the areas stained by the pets. The reason is bc some solutions will make the stains set in, or leave a film and makes it impossible to remove the stain, ever. This product works! It does not mask it destroys!

CARPET & UPHOLSTERY

CONCRETE & TILE

Safe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete, we recommend covering the treated area with plastic to keep the product wet and active for a few hours. Because concrete is so porous, a treated area can dry out very quickly, especially in warm climates. Placing a piece of plastic or a damp towel over the treated area can help keep the product wet and active.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	I just want to add some information about garlic so that buyers can make an informed decision. I am not scientist, but I read an overwhelming amoutn of information that says garlic is toxic to dogs than not. I take issues with the claim by Paul when he says that "others say garlic is not harmful". Who are those others? The pet poison hotline says garlic is toxic to dogs. I tend to believe that organization than the unnamed "others". Answer:	I have no idea about comparisons as this is the one and only 'Brolly' of this type I have ever bought. This particular one would probably only 'hold' one person if they lay lengthwise inside the shelter. We planned on having only our heads and torsos in the shelter in which case, it will hold up to three 'half' people lying side-by-side. We bought it for shade only and not as a shelter. It would, however, hold your beach items whilst you went for a swim and there are a couple of side pockets where you could stash small items (which I would NOT do in case it blew away and took my phone and wallet with it). It is extremely simple to erect, has no central pole (it actually goes up like one of those little food umbrellas one uses in the kitchen) and also has some pegs and guy ropes to anchor it if one is permitted to do so (some beaches do not allow one to use the ropes as it is then considered to be a structure rather than a shade provider like a beach brolly). I do hope this helps your research and ultimate decision.

Answer:	I haven't weighed it but it is very light. Since they say 3.4 lbs is its shipping weight, it can actually be even lighter. As for the previous answer about how hard it is to fold it, you need to practice 1-2 times before taking it out. I hadn't, so first time on the beach I had to look up a video on youtube to fold it. :-) But it was just fine afterwards. And after a couple months of using it 1-2-3 times a week it's still as strong as new.
