Answer:	Let me just add to Gwendolyn's comment, NEVER DECLAW YOUR CAT. That's cutting their fingers off past their nail beds and it's ABUSE. Don't frickin' do it. That being said, air mattresses are never built to withstand cats or other animals. However, these mattresses do always come with a little round patch you can cut up into smaller pieces and use to cover any holes made by your lovely animals! Honestly, that's what I've always done and that's worked fine.

Answer:	It does come with a storage bag. And I did fit it in and zip it up. It did take 2 tries; bag is narrow. I misplaced instructions so I had to wing it. In the next go around, manufacturer could make a slightly wider bag. The mattress to be folded into thirds and then rolled up. Not easy to fold it into fifths to fit in the bag. Bag does have handles which is a nice feature.

No holes - just manufacturer defects. They only have a 90 day warranty so when it's useless at 95 days, they won't stand by their products. Horrible quality. Horrible service. Don't purchase. Find a different manufacturer. You'll be really bummed when you're forced to sleep on the hard floor, because this thing can't hold air for longer than 2 hours. I can't imagine having to sleep on the dirt if you tried using this there.

Answer:	I have slept on this mattress for the last five months every night. I didn't expect it to last one month. I put a lavender infused mattress pad over it. it is the most comfortable bed i have ever had. I am 210 pounds. My dog also sleeps with me. She is 70 pounds. By putting the four inch pad on it along with a mattress pad. It protects the mattress. My dog walks up a ramp and muscles onto the bed. I expected it to explode three months ago. My only advice is if you have a king size bed with foot rail and head board. The mattress will expand and make a very tight fit. Makes it difficult to get to inflator switch. I have a log bed and this mattress is wedged in against the head board and foot board. Queen wouldn't make any difference, since it is the same length. After five months i have gotten my moneys worth. Considering that the top air mattresses cost $2,000. Buy one of these very six months and your way ahead of the game.

Question:	Can this be manually inflated with external pump
Answer:	There is no “port” for an external pump that I can see. You “might” be able to use the air intake/exhaust port but I’m not sure. Hope that helps! BTW - very comfy mattress!!
Question:	Can this be inflated with external air pump? Going camping and will only have access to a battery powered air pump
Answer:	All the other answers saying no are incorrect. You CAN inflate this with an external pump. To do so, you just flip the switch to inflate (or deflate if thats what you're doing) and then insert your pump hose into air intake valve and it will work! Just make sure to turn the switch back to off when you're done to close the valve.
Question:	Does the bed maintain the inflation during use
Answer:	I found that for the first few nights I had to add a little more air, but then it Maintained air. I use it every night, and have slept on it for 9 months
Question:	Does the headboard keep you from using a fitted sheet? I know it’s a deeper mattress but worried about the headboard stopping that
Answer:	Was able to place fitted sheet without issue. If you have a deeper fitted sheet or king size, that will work better if your goal is to cover most of the mattress on the sides. A regular queen size sheet will go about halfway down the mattress though which is still enough to cover the top and won't slide off. It's very easy to place even with the headboard since it's also inflatable and you can reach between it and the mattress easily.

Answer:	Mine wouldn't hold air at any weight so I don't know.

Answer:	yes, you plug it into a wall outlet to pump it up.
Question:	I paid for it and it was ready to be shipped and then the money got refunded and now it’s not being ordered? I never asked for a refund
Answer:	Maybe they're out of stock.
Question:	I brought air bed at least a month ago, now the air bed loosens airflow could I exchange for a new one
Answer:	As of 3-2-19 DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS If a defective / incorrect product was received, please call Intex prior to proceeding returning the product. The issue must be reported to Intex within 15 days from the date the product was received.

Answer:	Plastic, definitely not metal. The Tim feels like rubber. Both broom & dustpan work very well.

Answer:	The broom has 3 level extension. you can use 2 poles that measure 40.5" or use 3 poles it extend to 55". the dust pan angled up for storage is 38.5".
