Answer:	My experience was that the amount of heat produced was negligible, not enough to keep my hands warm. So I have no problem believing that it maintained that insufficient level of heat( even at top setting) for 6 hours.

When batteries are installed the glove, Press ON/OFF button first time, the heat setting to high (3 light bars will illuminate)

Press ON/OFF button a second time to reduce the heat setting to Medium (2 light bars will illuminate)

Press ON/OFF button a third time to reduce the heat setting to low (1 light bars will illuminate)

Press ON/OFF button of fourth time to turn glove heat system off (all light bars will shut off)

Q2: Can i machine wash the gloves?

We do not recommend you use machine wash, machine wash will damage the inside heated element. Spot clean gloves by hand using only mild detergent.

Q3: Gloves only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it.

Most of batteries won’t come in fully charged status so that’s why you need to recharge them for at least 4 hours when you receive it.

Q4: Does it work under subzero area?

Answer:	Yes they do work with a couple conditions. First being you don't want to get them wet. They are in no way water resistant. Second, the smart screen touch slowly yet frustrating got worse as I used the gloves on their own. Maybe because I got them wet on multiple occasions. And yeah they are thin enough assuming you get the right size for yourself. Infact I was just typing with them today on a Microsoft surface (smallish keyboard) with surprisingly little error.

Answer:	look at the palm chart in the listing; you measure the width of your palm and if it's 6-6.5 inches you are small size, 6 or lower is X-small

Answer:	Probably. But I disliked them because the lining would pull back in the fingers when you pulled them off. Then when you tried to put them back on your fingers would not go to the end... couldn’t get them all the way on without working the lining back up into the fingers
