Answer:	We have used it in pockets of our coats and had no problems with leaving it on. You should make sure your sleeping bag can deal with some heat without melting. Answer:	Greetings ... Reviewer, Each Airlines have their own regulations and rules about Lithium batteries or rechargers. So check what rules on the airlines you have booked for flight. I can only speak for United which I used in May 2019. They will NOT allow check-in luggage with the lithium element in batteries or rechargers which have been known to start on fire unpredictably. Where as they will allow the lithium batteries and rechargers in carry-on luggage in the airplane, but you maybe required to remove the battery from the electronics you bring on or they may require the batteries to be placed in plastic bags to keep oxygen from fueling the fire, should lithium starts on fire. Once in flight they will allow the lithium batteries to be installed in the electronics for use, or the rechargeable product you mentioned here of use. Answer:	It charged my phone from 5% to 100% on less than half of it's juice, according to the indicator lights, and it held a VERY warm temperature for almost 5 hours on low during my (indoors) test. I don't know how to test the exact capacity any better than that, but it seems legit.

Answer:	My answer based on indoor use (basement temp. 64F) - warms up in 1-2 minutes, place it anywhere you like, warms cold Hands, in-between fingers, under leg, behind back for lower pain (use a sock for cover). Outdoors kept in pockets, gloves, clothing next to pretty much anywhere, it really warms up - upper chest pocket on leather jacket my fave.
