Answer:	I have 2 of these motors with 1 running a 120amp esc witg a 3S battery and it works well the other is running an arrma BLX100 esc on 3S which also works well, and it handles a 3S battery just fine

Answer:	I think you mean Traxxas VXL ESC, if so, it depends on which VXL ESC. First step will be to do as another member mentioned which is to change the connector size, but the cables are two different thickness which could potentially be a problem. The VXL 3M has smaller connectors and the cables/wires are smaller too which feed power from the 4mm motor cables/wires. Long story short, I do not recommend soldering a 4mm connector onto the VXL 3M ESC. It may work on 2s batteries, but I overheated my VXL 3M ESC many times with 3s batteries and stock VXL 380 motor (~4000kv) on a stock setup. The stock 380 motor would always overheat and the VXL 3M ESC would shut my RC down until it was cool enough to start again - ANNOYING. This led me to upgrade ESC and larger motor. Unfortunately, I believe the VXL 3M ESC will easily overheat with 3100kv motor; mainly depending on restriction of pinion size (which you would have to figure out) and VXL 3M smaller cable/wire connected to the larger 4mm connector and thicker cable of this motor. However, the VXL 3S will easily handle this motor as it also has 4mm connectors from ESC to 4mm connectors of this motor. It’s a little pricey, but the full combo is much cheaper and has worked well for me. Wishing you the best in your decision...remember this is only MY opinion!

Answer:	I don't think they're meant to be, but I think you could re-use them somewhat. First, if just set the bottle, glass, or whatever on top the 'sticker' (without peeling off the covering over the adhesive), then of course you can use them over and over again. Also, if you DO pull the covering off to expose the adhesive part, and attach it to your bottle with a minimum of pressure, you MIGHT be able to pull it off and re-use it ... but I'm sure there's a limit to how many times you can do this and how good the adhesive is each time. Does this make sense?
