Answer:	I don’t know what you mean by authentic but they don’t appear to be knock-offs. ASICS are the only athletic shoe I wear. These are great.

Answer:	That’sa hard one to answer. My feet are always cold, but in the winter time I wear a thin wool socks in them and I’m fine.

Answer:	The speckled area is a shoe support for overpronation. Overpronation is when your ankle rolls inward and can lead to potential pain and injury when we walk or run. The speckled area help stabilize and prevent the ankle & foot from rolling in. My son has to wear this type of shoe but anyone with neutral feet can also wear them. Hope that helps.
