Question:	Are there any replacement caps available that do NOT have a spigot? I'm looking for a more reliable sealing solution than trusting teflon tape
Answer:	I'm pretty sure Teflon is Carcinogenic and I can't imagine using it on a water jug! I'd try a clean plastic sandwich baggie as a gasket if I was putting the spout back inside,. Or just unscrew the cap and put one (or wax paper doubled up) over the opening and rescrew spigot/cap if leaving the spout on while transporting.
Question:	Is the container BHP (?) free
Answer:	Mine clearly state on the containers in English “FDA approved and BPA free”. In French it says “sans BPA”, meaning without BPA.
Question:	How many mils thick is this
Answer:	The wall thickness is 4 millimeters which is about 160 mils which is about 5/32 inches. It is a rigid container but not stackable. They are almost 60 pounds when full and placing just one on top of another will cause the bottom jug to bulge.
Question:	What are the dimensions of this container: total height, width, thickness
Answer:	Sitting upright, it's supposed to have an 11"x11.3" base. I'd call it more like a fat 12"x12" When you fill it with water, the sides bulge and it will not fit in the same space it fits when empty. For instance, it does not fit into an RV stairwell when full.

Question:	Can the spigot be turned around and placed inside the can (like some red gas cans)? I don’t want a line of these tanks with spigots sticking up stored
Answer:	I was able to fit 5 lbs of spaghetti noodles in one of the bins after taking the noodles out of the boxes. With 5 lbs, it is pretty full & I had to shake the container a bit to get the noodles to settle in without leaving extra space. I got 5 lbs of angel hair to fit in the other bin.. wider noodles like fettuccine might only fit 4 lbs out of the packaging.
Question:	Can I buy just the spigot o ring
Answer:	The opening is plenty wide to fit baking cups. What a great idea!
Question:	Where can I get replacement caps, all 4 of mine split open around the threads, with the hole or just a cap
Answer:	My best guess is it will hold up to 2 bags. I depends on how long the noodles are.If the following helps - I have only used mine to hold flour. It holds a 5 lb bag with substantial room left over. Good luck

Answer:	You could store it in a refrigerator if you have a large refrigerator. I would check the dimensions listed to be sure. It can be set upright so that the spout is at the top to make sure there is no dripping.

Answer:	I think you mean BPA-Free, which it is. BPA Free but it leaks. Came with 2 spigots and both of them leaked. Would love to hear from others if they have NOT encountered this problem because it is the perfect size and I would buy it again if I could be assured that it did not leak.

Included caps (1 per container, 6 total) have gaskets and 3/4 NPT knockouts for use with the included spigot (qty 1 spigot per kit). If desired, carefully remove the membrane in the center of one of the caps and install the spigot. Once the content of the first container are depleted, this cap can be moved on to the next. These are industrial grade containers used in a variety of applications. The lids are to be tightened firmly. A wrench (one included) or similar tool is typically required to snug and loosen the cap. Stackable three to four high per the manufacturer but we advise two or three high subject to your good judgement and safety considerations. The vent cap can be removed and the nipple pierced to improve flow in dispensing. The side walls may not be flat. While generally rectangular, some amount of curvature of the side walls is common. This may be noticeable if using your Samson Stackers on their sides as with a spigot, Refer to FEMA advise on container preparation for water storage applications. Answer:	I do not think that it is the "real, real " like the oak wood. But it is very sturdy.. I bought it for almost one year and it looks like brand new. The last chest drawer that I bought from Ashley furniture lasted for 7 months and the drawer slide kept messing up. Two drawers broke in my kid's room. This one is really good. I am very impressive about its quality and appearance. I would recommend it to any new purchaser..

Question:	If I used this for disaster kit water how often would I need to change out the water? 2yrs
Answer:	I read somewhere years ago start with a clean container, fill with water and add 1/2-1 teaspoon chlorine per gallon, seal and store in a dark place like a closet and it would keep indefinitely. I had water stored that way, some was 5 yrs old. When we moved before I dumped them I tried the water, tasted like water. They were stored in a closet and all were clean and clear yrs later.

Answer:	We have a 3,000sq foot automotive shop in Denton, TX. Typically we have the doors open and just point it at the technician who needs it. if we were to close the doors, it would just get hot and humid. that being said the air coming out of the unit on a 100*f day is typically in the low 80*F range, it's effective for about 30 feet on low setting (high is very loud). This cools two to three bays where the technicians are working. The first technician will be the coldest, where the last will just complain less than if it were just a fan. I don't have an SPL on the unit but in our shop it's quieter than an air compressor, but probably only by 10db. Still works great, and would buy it again, expecially for somewhere with a large door open to exhaust the humidity.
