First one was too short... apparently bed frames back in the day weren’t always made to the proper dimensions, so the bunkie board, with wood slats was 3” too short! I than ordered the full metal frame to fit inside of it. Great, except I ordered an 18” one. I’m 5’10 and I had to lift my bootie to climb into bed, so take apart that one. Now looking for a 7-9” one that will work hopefully perfect so it’s not so hard to stand up getting out of bed. My box spring and mattress are sitting inside the frame. If you only new how long this has taken me, with flooding in my room, new carpet, new/used furniture, refinishing the furniture. HEADACHE... |
