Answer:	Chose another SELLER!!!They never sent this chair to me. They deducted the amount from my bank account and never shipped the item. They eventually refunded me, after I chased them for a while... Stay away, unless you have a ton of free time to chase these people, which I do t!!! So my advice is to go elsewhere!

Answer:	Probably nowhere. I already installed. The proper installation is requiring that you attach all screws to the studs left and right. However, this is limiting the position. I had to cut open the wall, reinforce the studs and position them to my liking and then repair the wall and tiles. Then carefully drill through the tiles and attach the bench. It is not simple task. Answer:	It sticks out from the wall 2" when folded up (the dimension of the wall bracket) and 13-1/4" out from the wall when folded out.

Answer:	You pretty much have to tear down the tile or whatever the wall consists of, and get into the sheet rock to remove it.
Question:	My contractor is telling me that this bench cannot be installed since the tile work has been complete? Is this the case
Answer:	You need a new contractor. Just installed this fold up seat over our tile - that is how it is designed to fit and work properly and to be a beautiful addition to your shower. If you tile around it then it will interfere with its fold up action and would also be much harder to seal. Get a new contractor that can read simple instruction or has some basic mechanical understanding. We love our fold up seat and it works perfectly. It is one of the least obtrusive units on the market that we could find only sticking out 3" and has smooth rounded edges whether up or down. good luckIt should be noted that we had to gut and remodel our bathroom and therefore blocked the wall between studs before the cement board and new tile went up. Then our seat was solidly anchored. We set our top of seat height at 18"

Answer:	You will be lucky if it holds anything. The way the notches are angled it won't hold any of my guns. They roll forward. I sent it back. This design is a great idea but it is not constructed for a gun to fit as the picture shows. The anchors are also crappy and not the right size to hold a gun rack to the wall. I made the mistake of mounting it on the wall before placing a rifle in it and I couldn't get any one of the 5 to stay straight. One even toppled out. BAD DESIGN!

Answer:	I have a double barrel side by side in the bottom rack of mine and it fits just fine, I did line the grooves with felt just so, to reduce any chance of scratches, as to the kentucky flintlock I have a 1880's sharps long rifle and it fits nicely on the top rack, the two middle racks are a little snug for my taste, but they hold the AR's well enough. Answer:	Any knife block with a wide slot for a chef's knife/chopping knife and two slots that would be suitable for a carving knife and a bread knife will work. However... I'm not a fan of knife blocks. They aren't sanitary and they take up space unnecessarily. An open magnetic strip rack or magnetic wall mount, in my opinion, is the better option. The plastic sleeves that they come with can be sanitized where a wood block really can't. ...and a good magnetic strip will hold them neatly and attractively, with or without the sleeves.
