Answer:	It does not say that it is pH negative. It does state that it is an eye and skin irritant. 800-944-9200 is the number on the container for questions about the product.

Answer:	The tank has a cap with a fill line on it. Fill the cap to the line 2 times. Be sure and fill the reservoir with water first and then add the cleaner.

Answer:	NO! This is a wonderful oven, but it has a lot of drawbacks. First off which is the size. Most full size pans will not fit. I could not find a way to bake both layers of a two layer cake at one time. like a toaster oven you can not use parchment paper . I love this oven and am glad I bought it , but no way would this do everything a regular oven will. It is terrific to complement cooking when you want to bake a pie or side dish when other oven is in use.

Answer:	I'm not exactly clear where it broke, but I would probably advise just replacing it if there is any risk of electrical issues. The plug in cord is integrated in the hot plate, isn't it? Question:	Is it okay to use on metalic/steel/platnium containers with lid on
Answer:	It’s probably not necessary unless you won’t have it plugged in long before eating or if you need to heat something up from frozen. I typically don’t and if I plug mine in by 9 leftovers are plenty warm by noon. If it’s frozen I need to be driving for some time during that three hours but as long as I have had a couple of thirty minute drives frozen have been warm and ready to eat by lunch
Question:	Can you stack 2 flat containers in this product and still get both hot
Answer:	It draws about 4 amps at 12 volts. If you aren't currently worried about your battery dying you should be just fine.
Question:	how long does this mini food warmer take to warm up the food
Answer:	I love the hot logic mini and it's basically like a portable crock pot. I'm glad I purchased it however for those of you who want to use this for camping or off grid when every amp being pulled from your battery counts this wonderful little workhorse is NOT ( .5 amps) as stated... It is in fact 3.75 amps when tested and it is also stamped right on the heating plate. Ironically, the 120v larger family size hot logic that we bought is only ( .8 amps ). Overall I'm very happy with my purchase! NOTE: Do not forget to register your hot logic mini or the family size online and then email customer service and ask for your 50% off code on your next purchase for anything on their site..
Question:	Can I heat using glass food containers that have plastic lids? Will that be safe
Answer:	Not vented but this is a great bag. I does collect a little condensation but the way I get around that for the most part is keeping the zippers open a bit , especially when delivering pizzas in it. I do sanitize it after each doordash shift.

Question:	Is the current model with built-in temperature sensor in the console or separate temperature sensor for the oven ? In the reviews I can see both model
Answer:	Hi, Patrick. The newer version such as the ones I have and the stainless steel model show here do indeed have a built in temperature gauge/thermometer. If you look closely at the front you will see three gas dials. Left controls left burner.Right the right burner and the middle one controls oven. if you look closely between the middle (oven) gas dial and the right (right stove burner) gas dial you can see the oven temp gauge. Remember this is just a temp gauge only, not a true thermostat. You control oven temp manually by turning your oven gas dial. You can also slightly open door for a minute or so, too, if need be. I do not believe it is as difficult to regulate oven temp as some might lead you to believe. Also both of my ovens temp gauges are SPOT ON accurate. I checked them with several additional thermometers. You will not regret this purchase. I use these ovens for everything from baking cookies and cakes and pastries to casseroles and roasting meats when I have catering gigs that require extra oven space. just remember to occassional turn your pans by 180 degress and swap from top to bottom (items cooking on bottom get moved to top shelf and top shelf item to bottom shelf) occassionally and nothing will burn or scorch. Heck you might very well already have to do that with your home oven.
Question:	can this be used indoors for self sustainable living if the propane tank is kept outside and connection is through the wall
Answer:	There's a serious safety/health issue if used indoors. I doubt that any indoor use is approved, but if you must, the room that the stove is in MUST have plenty of fresh air ventilation. Otherwise the burning propane will consume all the oxygen in the room, leaving just carbon monoxide for the people, which will put you to sleep, then kill you. I'm sure everyone has heard about entire families dying due to a faulty heater. Well, the Camp Chef is a great stove/oven, but it makes a very faulty heater.

Answer:	yes it will fit 13 x 9 ..also has two oven racks..
Question:	I'm looking for an oven for an rv. Now I'd imagine I'd have to probably open a window when in use but how hot does it get to the touch on the outside
Answer:	Don't use an oven designed for cooking outdoors inside an RV. Most people never use their factory installed RV oven anyway. The most they use are the top burners. I am not comfortable cooking with gas so in my RV I used to use a reg electric hot plate. Just ordered an induction cooking single burner thing. But seriously, don't mess around w your safety. RV fires are no joke.
