Answer:	It's a 40 liter bag. The duffel access is definitely a plus over a conventional top access waterproof bag. The other big advantage are the pockets built on the inside of the bag. Answer:	I have the iPhone 6S which is a little smaller. I never really felt the phone bouncing around in the pouch must it must have moved enough while I was running to put pressure on the zipper. The zipper opened up starting at the end away from the zipping mechanism several times. The phone fell out of the the pouch four times so I usually wore it around the front so that I might keep an eye on it. Eventually, after five weeks, the zipper just broke. It was a week past the Amazon return date so I tossed it and went with a different solution which has worked great for the last three weeks. I run every day, usually covering 60-70 miles per week carrying just my phone in the pouch.

Answer:	I have had one of these for quite a while and it may fit two 1 gallon jugs of milk in the bottom with some ice around it and then you can probably fit a few things on top of that. If you lay it flat you can put a large to in it to keep it hot on your way home. But that's about as big as the capacity is.
Question:	Can it keep food hot too ? Or at least warm
Answer:	Yes the zipper is an issue . Ours broke within 2 months of purchasing . I would not recommend this product !
