The straps that are going across the side of the bag aren't sewn onto the bag and you can pull those up to make the normal straps shorter and make the side ones bigger for you to carry horizontally

Answer:	I have had one of these for quite a while and it may fit two 1 gallon jugs of milk in the bottom with some ice around it and then you can probably fit a few things on top of that. If you lay it flat you can put a large to in it to keep it hot on your way home. But that's about as big as the capacity is.

Answer:	Yes the zipper is an issue . Ours broke within 2 months of purchasing . I would not recommend this product !

Answer:	Just purchased this to use with a brand new Klymit Static V Luxe based on the answered questions stating it will work with that pad. It does not! mI was going to return it, but decided to try to create an adapter to allow the 2 units to mate. I was able to cut down a long tapered funnel to match both sides allowing me to use the bag to inflate the pad. It's not perfect but will work.

Answer:	The pump house is primarily for use with pads that have a flapper valve on them. However, after a closer look it may be possible for the pump house to fit on the q-core sl nozzle. Check with your local sports shop to be sure.

Cooler Shock vs. Regular Water

Ice starts out at freezer temperature and will warm fairly quickly to its melting point (32 degrees F). Once at melting point, the ice will stay at the same temperature during the whole process of melting. After fully melting, the liquid starts to warm normally again.

Cooler Shock ice packs also start out at freezer temperature, and will warm pretty quickly, but it's melting point is at a much lower temperature — 18 degrees F. During the whole process of melting, Cooler Shock stays at this lower temperature.

Answer:	I had to laugh, because I cannot imagine you using your foot to press down the leaves inside the tall leaf bag. Smile. I have used a Bucket to press the leaves down with the chute inside the bag... and I have had NO ISSUES... no tearing. I am 65, a woman with imbalance and nervous system issues, and this CHUTE for me has really been a HELP to me. Also, after I remove the chute I again use the bucket to press the leaves down further, and put more leaves inside with a broom and a long handled dust pan. Because the Chute is cheap in price I decided to get 4 and lay them across the grass inside the bags. It was so much easier for me yesterday to sweep the leaves inside and then stand them up on their rear end, and finish the job. I do this also with four yard waste cans... lay them on the grass and sweep those leaves in. Today I did four bags and four cans in less than 20 minutes. Loved it. Hope this helps you... These innovative panels are filled with a unique high-performance phase change material that has a cooling point of -15°C/5°F. Question:	I lost my instructions. How much water do I add to an xl pack
Answer:	There is no XL to my knowledge. They sell 3x lg(meaning 3(times) large packs). Dont worry, i was trying to find the water volume for XL too!
Question:	Do the packs float or sink in water
Answer:	I just did a test: yes, but just barely in fresh water. I think there is a small amount of air in the frozen packs that keeps them buoyant.
Question:	When you say that this item is colder than ice, what does that mean? ice can be cooled to any temperature unless i'm mistaken. a rock can be 18*f
Answer:	aI believe what they mean is that the latent heat point for the melting phase (transitioning from solid to liquid or liquid to solid without changing temperature) is 18 Degrees F, whereas pure water (note the pure) transitions at 32 Degrees F. This is a big deal because the energy difference between 18 and 32 means it will absorb a lot more heat for a relative temperature rise. 32 to 40 is only 8 degrees whereas 18 to 40 is 22 degrees, almost 3x the amount.
Question:	How long do these stay frozen for
Answer:	Mine have stayed frozen for approximately 9-10 hrs. I left food in the cooler,which was well-insulated, and it which was still cold when I got home. This was kept in office setting with temps in room in the 70’s.

Question:	May I place a platter of appetizers on this outside table without cooler
Answer:	I used mine in a very insulated cooler and it kept things cold during our 6 hour road trip. I am guessing your truck gets hotter than my car did though. I will also caution you that this ice pack was way bigger than I thought it would be so I’m not even sure it would fit in an insulated lunch box, depending on size. Check the dimensions first. Sorry I can’t give a better answer, I honestly don’t know if it was my very well insulated cooler that helped keep it cold.
Question:	how does this compare to the alaskan and chillin brew packs
Answer:	You can, but I can almost guarantee that it will freeze the ice.
Question:	It's unclear if one or two bricks are included for
Answer:	Really depends on how often you will get into the cooler. Also, will there be ice in the cooler as well or just the blocks? Arctic recommends the same weight in blocks as you would use in ice. I live in Texas and use them in my Pelican 45 all the time. I would suggest at least 4 of the 5lb blocks, more if you fit them in, that's the equivalent of 2 bags of ice. Also, the combo of the blocks and ice works really well if ice is ok with what you're putting in the cooler, both the ice and the blocks seem to last longer with both in there. REALLY IMPORTANT: make sure you pre-chill the cooler. You can do this by putting a block or a bag of ice in the cooler about 30 min to an hour before you put your other items in. Make sure you take that block or the wet ice out and replace with fresh before filling the cooler and everything will last longer.
Question:	How does this compare to the Yeti brand ice brick
Answer:	I have filled it to the brim with 40 pounds of crushed ice. Of course that gives no room for anything else but I was transporting the ice to put half in my other Yeti.

Answer:	This is a slow flow nipple.

Answer:	These nipples don’t fit the playtex nursers, but the playtex natural latch nipples do.
