Answer:	Thats a Great question. It isn't in the manual on how to remove the water it just says what you can clean it with. You cannot remove the drawer because the pump is hooked up and I dont see a plug to drain the water. I tried a sponge but that took too long. The thing that worked best is a turkey baster that sucks up the water. Poor design by the company. If anyone has a better answer please let me know.
Question:	What if you make short trips which means your vehicle will be on an off will this damage the unit
Answer:	Yes you can. I have put ice in mine, however it only give you a momentary blast of cool air for a lil while. I’ve learned to just let the water cool off the temperature in the room.

Answer:	I don’t know. The one I got doesn’t seem to shut off. So I have a house adapter that I plug it into to chill it down then I put my cold drinks in it usually cans and when I am ready to leave I then take it out to my vehicle and plug it in there for during a trip from New York to North Carolina . Answer:	Yes, the plug that comes with the koolatron is a 12 volt receptacle. If you want to plug it into a 110 volt wall plug, you need to get the AC adapter.
Question:	Can ice be used anyway
Answer:	I don't believe the cooler could ever freeze food or drinks. The 40 degrees refers more to it's ability to cool in pretty extreme heat. I live in South Florida, so my cooler can find itself inside of my truck bed when temps are 85 to 90 degrees. The best I can hope for is 45 to 50 degrees. When temps are quite high, I put an ice pack inside the cooler.
Question:	How long is 12v cord? Does it have to be in frount seat to cool
Answer:	Not sure about dimensions, but don't waste your money. Had 1 week and quit.

Answer:	It fits behind the seat of our 2010 ford expedition perfectly. Ours is not the EL Expedition.

Answer:	You shouldnt need to if it is plugged in, but if you do add an ice pack, keep it on the bottom away from the top fan. Having used this to store cold/frozen products before, if the frozen products are near the fan, it can temporarily freeze up.
Question:	The dimensions in the Description are different from the dimensions in the photo. Which are the correct dimensions
Answer:	Without getting into fractions of inches, the dimensions are: Interior - 13" W(ide) x 9" D(eep) x 13" H(igh). Exterior - 15" W (N/I the handle) x 12" D x 17" H. And this cooler works great!

Question:	I have an igloo iceless cooler which needs a new power cord. The one that came with it is 110-120vac and 12 dc 5.8 amp.. would this power cord work
Answer:	Yeah, it'll work, but it won't be good for the battery if you keep it plugged in after it's fully charged. And there's not really a way to tell when it's fully charged. A real deep cycle battery charger would send in 10-15 amps until it gets near full then reduce it to less current until it's just a trickle. But it's only 5 amps, so it won't be too bad for the battery. For your 35 amp-hour battery on a 5-amp charger, just let it charge overnight then unplug it and it should be good. I'd guess it'll take 10 hours to fill it up from near-empty.

Answer:	Hello Dave, As you mentioned, this inverter is only rated at 1,000 Watts continuous, so no it would not be able to run a 1,500 Watt microwave as 1,500 is MORE Than 1,000. The 2,000 Watts SURGE POWER is for start up surge on devices that require additional power on boot up (Peak Surge Power is for half a second to a second during the boot up of a device when it turns on). You would want a 1,500 Watts or Higher Inverter to operate your microwave. We would recommend a 2,000 Watt inverter to ensure you have enough power to sufficiently run your microwave.

Answer:	It keeps the cooler cold if you stop and turn acc feed off. I make 3 or 4 stops 60 to 90 minutes and it keeps lunch and drinks cold.

Answer:	Yes, you can use cooler packs or ice. I use the cooler packs even when using it plugged in. My car accessory plugs do not work when the car is off. So on trips when I stop the cooler packs keep things cool, and don't take up much room in the cooler.
Question:	Can you put ice in it
Answer:	I know of no reason you could not, but not sure why you'd want to. The cooler itself is much like any regular cooler, but with the Thermoelectric heat exchanger in the lid. It would not keep ice frozen as it will operate at ~ 40 F below ambient temp. If the ambient temp is 75, it would stay around 35-40F.
