Answer:	It does not know. You will have to make sure you follow directions for cooking the different type of rice, like adjusting the amount of water. I know I have to put in more water when cooking brown rice. I also soak my rice for at least an hour and it makes the rice taste better and softer and more resistance starch is removed.

Answer:	It has a plug in for the cigarette lighter in vehicles, and I believe it also has an adaptor for home use...guessing 110 watts, (or one can be ordered). My husban uses his in his semi, so he, of course, uses the cigarette lighter plug in.

Answer:	It's insulated as well. We took it as a second cooler to the beach for 1week. We left it on the basket outside our vehicle and it still had ice in every morning, although we would drain water n add some ice daily. It's a nice cooler for the money. It has plastic brackets on the back though for the lid, I bought metal ones n hubby replaced the plastic.

Answer:	This cooler has tuff plastic hinges and yes is latches very tight. I love this cooler. I travel from Florida to North Carolina and the ice doesn't melt hardly at all. It's an 800 mike trip or 12 hours. You will not be disappointed. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Unfortunately I have stored my 45 quart cooler for the season. But I do have the 20 qt available. The interior dimensions are 8.125 for the width, 14.250 for the length and 10.375 for the height of of the cooler. This is a volume of 1201.23 cubic inches or 0.695 cubic feet.
