Answer:	Well we’ve only used it once so far but it worked well that day. We are in SE Texas and had it in the car for around 5 1/2 hours. Only got to 93° By the time we took it out of the car so not one of our hottest days and we had tried to park in one of those coveted spots with even 2 inches of shade. Ice packs were still very firm and items inside remained cold. Good luck with yours.

Question:	How stiff is the zipper compared to the yeti coolers
Answer:	It is exactly the same as the Yeti coolers. It comes with some lubricant/sealer in a small tube. Yeti comes with a lip balm type applicator. Both are fairly stiff to use, but both are effective. Haven't owned my Tourit long enough to have much user experience with the longevity of ice. It seems well built and insulated at about a third the price of a soft sided Yeti.

Answer:	No, but Amazon immediately refunded the purchase for me minutes after I sent the email informing them of the missing cups. Truly happy with the service. To be honest, it doesn't really need four suction cups because the ones provided are so big and strong (probably 3 inches wide). I keep a shower radio, shaving cream and toothpaste in the container with no problem. Have tons more room even.
