Answer:	You CAN use Diet Coke to, but it doesnt mean you should... The problem with bottled, tap, and spring water is the mineral content. You would just be spraying a fine mist of those minerals onto whatever solid or fabric you are trying to clean. That, and you would also gradually be caking the heating element with minerals that will eventually reduce the efficiency of its ability to heat the water. Better off buying a gallon of distilled water and using that. They only cost about a dollar. Totally worth a buck to keep it running longer and actually removing dirt from what you are cleaning vs sealing it in with minerals. Seriously, a dollar a gallon. So easy and cheap to do the right thing.

Answer:	WD-40 is a cleaner, not a lubricant. WD stands for water displacement. It is meant to move into a rusty area and push the water out so you can add grease or oil. You should put some 3 in 1 oil or bike chain oil on the metal bits. That should actually stick to the areas that are squeeking. WD 40 will help until it dries off and then you will have to add it again. WD-40 brand also makes lubricants now but they are specifically marked.
Question:	Can you fit a foot in it
Answer:	Not noisy at all! I usually do my grip exercises while I'm watching tv. My dog perks her ears up and stares at me or even leaves the couch while I use other grip exercisers, but not with the Grip Master Pro. I use the XX-Heavy Tension so I would imagine a looser/easier spring would be just as quiet. I hope this helps!
