Answer:	I have no idea on the wattage. I am using it to bring power from my computer to a computer stand with a fan and several other USB ports.

Answer:	Sorry your Targus USB port is broken. Yes, I believe the AC adapter will power the Targus on its own. My problem with the Targus is that the fan runs continuously when the AC adapter is plugged in. I have placed an on-off switch between the power plug and the AC adapter plug, which I use to turn the AC adapter fan off and on. I can't remember the specific price of the AD adapter, but you might do some comparative shopping for a new chill fan to replace your broken Targus. I bought the Targus specifically because it had the USB ports. If my Targus USB ports break, like yours did, I would shop for a new chill fan. I have no problem with Targus items; I have several others. But without power on-off switch that I have added, I would be shopping for another chill fan device. Hope all the above makes sense.

Answer:	If you pack carefully you can make this work. I've done a couple of 2 week Europe trips out of a 38L bag and even had room for souvenirs. The trick is to pack layers of clothes that you can wear multiple times. You don't need 3 weeks worth of clothes; more like 4 days of clothes as do laundry in your sink for your socks and underwear every few days. I just got this bag for another international trip because the dimensions are perfect for international carry-on sizes. Plus you can bring a small day pack as your "personal item" where you can store electronics, snacks and other necessities.

Answer:	The bottom has a compartment where the rain cover is.
Question:	does the small bands fit on the large alta hr
Answer:	Yes, I believe the Alta hr is the same size device and the large or small specification is only referring to the size of the band's diameter.
Question:	Will a 13inch Macbook fit inside
Answer:	No, I don't think so, I have a iPad and it fits fine but that is not a 13in. And with my iPad, wallet, sunglasses, and a couple other things it is pretty full. Maybe if nothing but your 13in. it will fit. I hope this is helpful
Question:	Can it be assembled with shelves on the right side instead of left
Answer:	I personally have the one with the shelf on top but I suppose you could do it on the right. All the parts are pretty much the same so just put the legs with the holes for the shelf on the right
