Question:	Does this have a padded laptop sleeve
Answer:	No it does not claim to be waterproof. It does say it resists perspiration. It also requires soap and water to remove from skin. In my experience of using it I didn't need to reapply from just sweating but if I submersed myself in water for any length of time - like swimming in a lake - I would reapply.
