Answer:	I use it while golfing and it's great in the hottest of weather and also in drizzle. The Velcro strap makes it very easy to adjust the size even around my thick ponytail. Don't know how big your head is but I would guess the Velcro strap would accommodate it and the hat will stay securely in place.

Question:	Is the spot in the front bright enough and wide enough for night running
Answer:	Yes, without a doubt. The led light is brighter than the headlamp that I use and can be aimed so it lights the path directly in front of you. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by its brightness and coverage. I still run with a blinking headlamp that projects forward to ensure drivers can easily see me.

Question:	Is the battery casing water resistant enough o run in the pouring rain
Answer:	It is water resistant , as for waterproof I think it'd be ok for short periods of time just now continual down flow.
Question:	It says do not over charge or it could damage the unit. how much time is "over charging"? can i charge over night
Answer:	There is a indicating light on the charging port, when it is charging, the light is red and when it is full charged, then it is green . Meantime the PCB protection will cut charging circuit . So you can charge it over night .
