Question:	Rv dealer installed, bikes won't fit. Racks maybe to far apart
Answer:	You would have to loosen the bolts and push the bike racks closer together. If you have different size bikes, use the largest one to for fitting. Then retighten the bolts to the bumper.
Question:	How low, will it drag or bottom out while pulling into parking lots,etc
Answer:	We travel a lot and this was never an issue!
Question:	Does this work with a pop up camper
Answer:	You need a strong bumper. Most pop ups are lightweight, and probably don't have one that will work. If the bumper is 1/8th steel or aluminum with strong welds to the frame it could work. It needs to support roughly 150lbs.
Question:	What to do if it is damaged during transportation
Answer:	Be more careful next time

Answer:	I would not. You need the support of screws to hold the weight of a bicycle.
Question:	As this mentions, this is basically 2 racks. Are they attached to one another? What is the size of each rack? I want to use them to hold cargo box
Answer:	No, the hook cannot be changed to the other direction.
Question:	What if you had 35 lb on one of the brackets would that be okay
Answer:	Don’t know about that specific weight but I have a large mountain bike that has 29” wheels and it works fine. It comes with 4 screws to attach it to the wall. I attached my screws to the wall stud. I believe that if you do that it should be ok. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Only one set of wheels, so can set up four trays, I personally did a 4 tray in my bathroom and it’s AWESOME. one tray can be used on its own absolutely.

Question:	Fit for the 2019 Toyota Corrolla
Answer:	I would definitely measure the inner cavity of your trailer hitch to make sure it will fit - 2" seems pretty accurate.

Answer:	I think each vehicle is different. You can use a drop down receiver to lower it where you can get clearance

Answer:	Yes the rack can be locked to the hitch. There are locking pins available on Amazon. I'm not sure how they would work with the rack's great anti-wobble feature. I just use the cable lock from my bikes and lock the rack to the hitch. So If you're a little creative the answer is yes, yes, yes! By the way this is a great bike rack!

Question:	Can this be tilted with the bikes loaded
Answer:	I purchased the 4 bike version and even by itself, it is extremely heavy. It is made out of steel and not aluminum. If the bikes were loaded and you trigger the tilt, it would be very difficult to raise back up. I would not recommend tilting the 4 bike version fully loaded. I presume the two bike version is lighter of its own accord and then it is the weight of the bikes...
Question:	how wide is the rack? it looks like it sticks out past the edges of the car and cant be folded when not in use
Answer:	My rack measures 70 inches for my bike length. The wheel frames cannot be folded up. The rack can be shortened to 56 inches when not in use by sliding the wheel frames in.
Question:	Will regular road bikes with narrower tires work on this rack
Answer:	Of course this is a great rack. I personally have a ebike and a mountain bike that both have 2.5 inch wide tires but I've hauled a friends road bike and there's no movement or bouncing. To whom it may concern this is a yes or no question. Might or might not doesn't work for this question. If you haven't hauled a road bike then please don't guess.

Answer:	I have this mounted on my RV bumper with my Thule 4 bike carrier. Although I only transport 2 bikes, I wouldn't be hesitant at all to load an additional 2 bikes on it. It's stout. If your carrier is of good quality, this receiver will hold it.

Question:	How do i set it up
Answer:	First, you need a 2 "receiver.Second,installation instruction is included in the package of our Bike Rack, which you may refer to.
Question:	Can this bike rack be locked onto a car to prevent theft
Answer:	The pin you would normally use to secure to the recever hitch is a bolt. The bolt is tightened to eliminate play and thus noise in the hitch. Not as secure as a lockable pin but the correct tool would be required to remove it. Someone would have to plan to steal it in my opinion.
Question:	what size is the hitch pin hole 1/2 or 5/8 diameter
Answer:	It comes with a threaded bolt and you don't need a pin.
Question:	what can be done to keep it from being loose in the 2" hitch receiver
Answer:	You can buy a anti-rattle hitch-tightener,It can greatly improve the stability of the receiver.

Answer:	Only the Hollywood Cargo carrier can be added to the HR1450 hitch rack.
Question:	Can you hitch on back of rv
Answer:	Hi, you can use a 2" trailer hitch on an RV, BUT I would be very careful. The hitch on an RV is very far away from the rear wheel so any bump would jostle the rack and bikes more. This can cause premature metal fatigue or loosen the bikes from the rack. Again, you would not want to ride in the back of an RV for the same reason.
Question:	Can you fit 4 bikes? Or is this only for 2 and you have to buy the extension separately
Answer:	We purchased the 4 bike platform model. It is nice as it totally supports all the bikes from wheels up. All 4 have a platform under the wheels, as well as support at the frame. Another nice feature, is that the way it is designed, it allows you to take off the second part if you only have 2 bikes. It separates by a lock 'key' between 2 bikes and the 4 bikes. So it gives you options to be a 2 bike holder or a 4 bike holder. Very solid, doesn't bump around too much from the hitch.
Question:	At the 1 min 30 sec mark of the video, could someone just unscrew that bolt and pull the pin after it to detach the rack from the adapter? Theft

Answer:	The front and rear windows are secured with zippers. The plastic folds down and is secured with Velcro. The side windows do not open. On top there is a solid cover about 1/4 of the size of the top, it is its own flap, and also unzips. I am very happy with this trailer, it is sold and very secure. My small Shih Tzu loves it! He doesn't have to walk on the warm/sometimes hot pavement here in Mesa AZ. My second Shih Tzu is not as thrilled to be confined but she is getting used to it. This trailer is a great buy!
