While I don't have one handy to more precisely answer your question, I can tell you that this is a 'junior-size' ball, suitable for elementary-aged or even middle school kids. I taught middle school PE, and we found these very useful for teaching throwing and catching skills due to their size and weight. Some of the students have smaller hands, which made throwing a regulation-size football difficult. This was our preferred brand of 'trainer' ball. Hope that helps. |
