Answer:	I would go with a medium, because you can adjust it. Its a very well made collar. I would think a 10 to 12 inch collar would be too small. You can always exchange it at Kohl's or have the Prime Delivery guy pick it up. My dogs name is Wolfgang, thats why I bought it, but I'm very happy with this collar. Just make sure his collar can't slide over his head and he can get loose.
