My advise...get your money back.

Answer:	You must tell the computer to boot from the cd not the hard drive. Hit f12 or f2 while the computer is coming on and select boot from cd or dvd.

Answer:	hey, I just got the utility recently and haven't fully explored it. I Did notice that there were a few utility programs that would back up to a flash drive. Not the whole disk, (though i imagine you could copy it over), i noticed a defrag and a couple of system test utilities that have the option of loading to a flash drive... hope that helps.

Answer:	It will have single player if you want it. For everyone else it is not an mmo. It's a Persistent Open World Tactical Cover Based Online RPG Shooter. With 4 man teams with 1 extra player connecting with a tablet to pilot a drone. Think of it like guild wars 1, but a shooter. There will be hubs where you'll see other players and most likely npcs to inreact with, most likely quest hubs, vendors, or bases you can unlock. Outside of the hubs the only player interaction outside of groups will take place in dark zones where anyone not partied with you is a potential enemy. They didn't disclose how many players will be in dark zones or what will take place in dark zones but the pvp side is completely optional.
