Answer:	Siri dictation is as good if not better. And free. There is no more need for Dragon on Macs. If Siri stops working a quick restart (double Fn key) should fix it.

Answer:	Unfortunately, the only viable option on a (powerful enough Mac) is to run Windows via VMWare Fusion (I personally would not recommend Parallels) and run the Windows verison of Dragon uner Windows. The speech recognition engine is the same. However, the Windows version is far more mature, capable and stable. Once you use the Windows version, you will not believe the Mac version is from the same company. Sad but true.

Answer:	This product is very buggy. Often just won't work well enough to even use. The commands stop working. The mistakes take more time to correct than it would just take to type the words out. I tried to leave a review but the Amazon has blocked further reviews. Not sure why they would do that other than to reduce the negative ones. I really want a dictation solution that works. Answer:	In my experience this would produce a mess. Dragon is intended to be used by *one* person. You train it to recognize what you mean by what you say. Dragon 13 is said to be excellent (I use an earlier model that's very good), but can't really be used to catch several voices. And don't forget some people will be interrupting each other, talking over one another, and so on! Dragon has no way to sort that out.

Answer:	So much of that depends on other noises in the room. If room is quite with not other sounds such as people, air conditioning, etc. you will be able to get farther away. Of course the farther away you get will reduce the clarity and quality.

Answer:	To answer your question, no, there are no limitations on the headset, a good quality Bluetooth headset should work just fine.However, it is important to note that noise levels present in the audio stream will negatively affect the accuracy.If in general, you are using an audio input device that delivers at least "FM" radio level performance, which is 32kHz at 8 or 16 bit, then you can get good performance. Answer:	Hmmm...I think there might be some misunderstanding on your part as to what Dragon does.Also it would help if you provided some more information, like what program you will be using to type your thesis.Dragon does not control your page setup, you do, Dragon just let's you speak instead of type.Hope that helps.
Question:	Can I install Dragon 13 Premium in several computers? If so, how many
Answer:	When I bought Dragon NaturallySpeaking premium 11 I called them and was told I could install it on as many computers as I used but that I was only one allowed to use it. Also version 11 is much better than version 12.
Question:	Is it worth it to get v13 over v12? Whats the difference? Also, is there an advantage to gettting premium
Answer:	This is a massive difference between v12 & v13. This new version is more stable, quicker, recognizes your words faster and is more accurate. The premium version allows you to use a digital voice recorder and you can than load the files from the recorder into your computer and have it transcribe the files. Some people who already have v12 already installed may need to go to the Nuance/dragon website and download a special uninstall program to completely remove v12. I purchased v13 the day it was released but this issue may already be fixed on later releases of v13.

Answer:	Student/Teacher edition is for educators and students, just cheaper. Same software as the more expensive version. I would *not* expect it to go on sale for Cyber Monday, since it's Nuance Software, which is generally overpriced anyway for Mac software. Funny thing, since I bought mine for $119.95 on 11/26/2012, the Amazon price went up 5 cents. Go figure!
