Answer:	my belt sander is 50 years old,so i do know if it will fit yours,however if your sander takes a 6 by 48 inch belt ie probably would.it worked on mine,and it is the best belt i have ever used.hope this helps.
Question:	So I just got around to using these belts and they do not fit my 42" sander. All my other 42" belts fit but these are a good inch too short
Answer:	Well it's made for wood and that is where it works best. I have done aluminum and it worked fine. Keep the heat down and nothing to aggressive and it will work on steel. Again not it's intended use.

Answer:	The belts are not labeled as to their origin. The belts do work but..... they came so tightly folded that they actually are creased. I have had them hanging for months trying to get the crease to relax out.

Answer:	I don't know. I don't believe so. My sander wouldn't like it. They are more like regular sand paper not the wet-dry that I use..

Question:	How is it for wood? Does it load up fast
Answer:	Once the sander is made to use 3 x 18 belts it will fit. I use them on Skil and Black & Decker sanders and they work perfectly
Question:	Is the length 48inches folded in half ir is it total circumference
Answer:	If it does not measure 42" in length, then send it back. If it seems too short for your tool, there should be an adjustment on your tool to allow putting a new belt on it then tightening it up to its proper length for use. Hard to answer your question completely without more info. Good luck.
